accessory Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Don't pretend you're any less of a hater than I am. I've stated facts about Mills, you've just spread malicious gossip. Your bias against him is apparent for all to see. Managers can't be expected to know players' personalities inside out when they sign them. You have the nerve to call ME clueless? Of course they should, especially when they're spending the megabucks that Eriksson was. Thought should have been given to how he would fit in with the rest of the side. But as the ex-manager's other signings (most notably Beckford) proved, it wasn't.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I've seen Mills play for Reading a few times, and he was brilliant.
whoareyaaa Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I've seen Mills play for Reading a few times, and he was brilliant. you must have been pissed out your face.
whoareyaaa Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 You have Mills marked down as Dennis Wise mark 2. He's not. He led Reading to a play-off final ahead of bigger clubs like Cardiff, Leeds and us. Since when were their tinpot fans an authority on anything? They seemed friendly enough to him on Saturday when he was signing autographs for them. If Mills was (is?) really as toxic an influence as you imply, why were so many experienced managers (who knew more about this league than Eriksson did) queuing to sign him? Describing him as a "loudmouthed arrogant tosser" hardly suggests you're open-minded about him. But he still has a better record as a captain for us than Wellens does. For the record, I cannot see any way back for him at the Way and hope he moves on in the summer,. He'll probably end up as another lost talent alongside Gradel, Campbell, Hobbs and others. The two words bolded should never be in the same sentance. possibly what makes them more of a talent is because they didnt have the greatest time at their last club, got pissed off and wanted to prove a point hence them upping their game and playing well for their new club at the standard we would of expected.
Legend_in_blue Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Mills is going to get a pasting on the moan-in tonight. I can't wait to hear what Bob has to say!

I dont have time to go back through all your comments but in general reply.... This is Matt Mills who apparently supported the Foxes as a kid and is/was our club captain but now thinks it's ok to cheer on the opposition as they beat us whilst taking 40k a week from the club in wages. You dont need to know any more than that. He is an arrogant **** and I hope he never ever sets foot in the King Power again.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 And people are still questioning why Pearson did what he did? The sooner Pearson sorts out HIS squad of players the better. Mills AND Beckford can fook off to whatever hole they crawled out of IMO. Sooner the better If the first post is true, Mills should be given the maximum fine and "fooked off" at the first opportunity, complete and utter cvnt
Kitchandro Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Don't pretend you're any less of a hater than I am. I've stated facts about Mills, you've just spread malicious gossip. Your bias against him is apparent for all to see. You have the nerve to call ME clueless? Of course they should, especially when they're spending the megabucks that Eriksson was. Thought should have been given to how he would fit in with the rest of the side. But as the ex-manager's other signings (most notably Beckford) proved, it wasn't. I haven't had any bias against Mills. I'm judging him on what I've actually seen and heard. And I've given him the benefit of the doubt when he's deserved it. I've praised him when he's warranted it. Have you done any of those for Sven, Pearson or Wellens. No, of course you haven't, you've never been fair at all, not once have you given any of them credit when credit's due. The way Mills has acted is unacceptable, that's why Pearson tried to ship him off, and it got worse since with all this coming to light. I've not liked him as a player since coming here, I'll admit that, but now you are defending the indefensible. Ok so you've just admitted he shouldn't have signed him because he should have researched that he had a bad attitude moron!
whoareyaaa Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I think what has happened here lads is that the money has gone to Mills head, if he was a loud mouth before then earning a shit load more money has made him even more of a cvnt than before. it's true some people just can't handle it.
RowlattsFox Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Can't be arsed reading the whole thread but is there actually any proof of any of this?
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Can't be arsed reading the whole thread but is there actually any proof of any of this? If you read the first ever post you will know it's from a Reading fan, he was with his brother
Aylestone Fox Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 If you read the first ever post you will know it's from a Reading fan, he was with his brother Thats not proof though is it,..?
buzzy Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Thats not proof though is it,..? thankyou someone who talks sense good on you
Fox 4 Life Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I saw it with my own eyes, have no motivation whatsoever to lie given he is one of our players who I actually rate. You guys can believe what you want but he was sat there with his brother Joseph. Funny how reading forums also confirm (again no reason to lie) yet some of you jokers still can't accept it!
Corky Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I don't think Mills was a fan when he was younger, never heard him say it.
ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 he'll be in the squad for chelsea, we lack in numbers

iamafox Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Well how excited were we when he first came? Some people said at the time we signed him, 'he will be the next Steve Walsh!' NOT A ****ING CHANCE! A joke of a record signing, even worse than Akinbiyi!
sharpie Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I got banned from making posts on this forum for saying how awful he was, like i said in december he has been awful for us performance wise and if this is true its shocking
Jace Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I reckon he wasn't being serious I fell for that one. Well done Jace Haha sorry Corky beaten at your own game!
GH1 Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I saw it with my own eyes, have no motivation whatsoever to lie given he is one of our players who I actually rate. You guys can believe what you want but he was sat there with his brother Joseph. Funny how reading forums also confirm (again no reason to lie) yet some of you jokers still can't accept it! I to have only read the first page, I believe what you say that he was sitting with the reading fans (bad enough) but did you actually see him stand up and applaud the reading goals? Cheers
katieakita Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Surprised no-one has a photo of this with all the ill feeling about his transfer between us and Reading. Also as we still don't seem to know what has happened between him and Nige surely standing up applauding your employers losing would earn a repremand, has he been fined any wages since the alledged fall out.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 he'll be in the squad for chelsea, we lack in numbers Pearson said that the Mills situation has not changed so Pearson saying that he won't be in the squad. He needs to apologise and try to make up for Pearson but he hasn't even bothered, guess he is just happy not playing and collecting the money.
