maybe nugent until our twat of a manager put him on the wing.

For what 2.5 games... nothing to do with a player shortage thanks to injuries and suspensions? You think he'd be there if we'd had a fully fit team to choose from?

I would really love to dig out your posts about Ched Evans pre season.

I cannot remember what I wrote but I take it from your post it wasn't good?

Not sure you can go for that one babylon. we may have had injuries and suspensions but did he need to play 5 in the middle and beckford as a loan front man. bamba filled in in the middle to leave dyer and marshall out wide so did he need to go 5 accross the middle. were you there saturday nugent didnt look happy out wide again. and beckford needed more support

If Waghorn and Nugent do start next season I would be hugely disappointed, with Beckford potentially leaving in the summer we would need two forwards a target man ( Darius Henderson) and a goal poacher ( Ched Evans)

Oh FFS, How many times have you actually watched Ched Evans play? He's having a good season in league 1 and suddenly he's the man to fire us to promotion according to you.

Waghorn has proved more than Ched Evans has at Championship level

Calm down mate I was just offering a realistic suggestion he would be fairly cheap, other alternatives I wouldn't mind seeing here if Beckford leaves are Jay Rodriguez, Jordan Rhodes, Paul Taylor, Marvin Emnes etc

Emnes is awful.

That is the point I was making barring Jay Rodriguez and Jordan Rhodes, all if not most of the alternatives aren't appealing, we might as well stick with Beckford imo.

Then why did you say that you wouldn't mind seeing him here?

Can I ask how many times you've seen them play, apart from against us? Have you been on a massive scouting mission? Very much doubt it, so you're basing it on reputation and figures and how often is that the right way to sign a player. Theres more to signing someone than how many goals they score, ask Sven, you have to look at them fitting into your system in the first place

wouldve urgerd patience with Beckford prior to Peterboro , ....look like he showed his true colurs ....35k & cant be bothered ....

if he ever plays again to show him "angry" side to Leicester fans ,

Beckford this beckord that mmmmmmmmmmmmm just ask yourselfs who the bloody hell else in our under performing team has been consistent other than maybe kasper and konch, maybe nugent until our twat of a manager put him on the wing.

**** off you daft twat.

You think Pearson would have put him there if we had a fully fit team? We had one fit midfielder. Are you that dumb that you'll blame Pearson for things that are totally out of his control, like injuries forcing a change in our formation.

So is the rest of our team at the moment. If we are going to keep NP, we might as well just sign 15 hardworking yes men to keep him happy.

I think everybody now gets you are not happy. Who would you get instead?

What the fvck are you on about, you want us to boo and shout and get onhis back while he is playing for us?

Seriously mate, we don't need fans like you, first of all you don't know what happened, you may have been there, you may have seen it, but you don't know what happened, why Beckford did what he did, what happened after with NP and Beckford, you know fvck all and you are trying to get the fans to boo him and show him our "angry side", when has that ever worked?

If he plays for us again, which I expect him to, it is because whatever happened on Saturday has been resolved. There was a flare up born out of frustration due to the way we had been playing, he showed a bit of passion (something fans are crying out for) and now you want him to be singled out by the fans and booed for doing so.

Seriously, if you are going to be like that do yourself and the rest of us a favour and stay at home on Saturday.

Ah the man management skills of a cornered badger.

The test for me is if he cuts the dead wood from midfield........

And finish 5th again? Yes please.

Why should we limit ourselves to finish in the playoffs? why not aspire for automatic promotion next season but in essence don't mention those words act on them. I think one of our downfalls this season was hype and not dealing with it we need the mentality of players who can deal with pressure and getting results.

Simple solution to this. If Beckford's attitude is right, he'll work hard, just like St Ledger did. I don't think Pearson is going round like a little girl on a school play ground playing chinese whispers to upset people or cause conflict. The last minute against Peterborough last week, Beckford was on the half way line arguing with the rest of the team of why he shouldn't go forward - or at least that was how i saw it.

My next point is this. Matt Mills = big wages > big ego. St Ledger = big but smaller than Mills wages > known to be a bit of a mardy arse. Beckford = his attitude in the early part of his City career was completely immature. Pearson, as we know is stern and heavy handed when it comes to managing his teams. Personality clashes can happen anywhere.

And finally, if Beckford wants to play for us, he'll put 100% in if not - sod off.

We need a combination of what you said in terms of players with a better mentality and to lower our expectations, there is no quick fix and we proved that this year. Why cant we aim for the Play-Offs and then if the players brought in can get us any higher great. I'd snap your hand off for 5th place next year, it'd be a hell of a lot better than this season has been, under either manager.

Trouble is though you have to factor in the Thais expectation and they want automatic promotion.. I myself would be happy for a top 6 finish. But they want a top 2 finish so the pressure demands are their.
