Now this could totally just be me so totally call me out on this if I'm wrong but it seems to me like out next manager should be an über manager who has the requisite characteristics of great managers to appease all the fans.

Someone like this I'd say. He's part-Mourinho, part-Guardiola, part-Ferguson and part-Capello (we need discipline!)

We need a manager who has more than a promotion from League One on his CV

So...got to be Chris Powell.

I love Chrissy P as much as the next man, and don't really want to cause any agro. But, what has he done in his managerial career?

David Pleat gets the WTF BBQ seal of approval...

Are you a prostitute working the streets of Leicester?

So he's going to leave the team he played for for years, has been successfully managing and which is probably of an equal standing in terms of history and regular support?

Not only that but we don't have a vacancy.

If the squad he has struggle's in the championship next season then you never know..

Jeeeez! If we had won yesterday you wouldn;t have posted this would you? Therefore you are writing off a manager one one 2-1 loss away at Millwall. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I'm sorry, yours is wrong!

Like Southampton struggled? And Norwich the year before? And, come to think of it, us the year before than?

Perhaps they'd be struggling because he's proven to be not good enough as a Championship manager? Just a thought.

But then why would we want to get rid of Pearson to replace him with a manager who's struggling in the Championship?
