Sven would of done well had we made the prem but he isn't cut for the challenges of this division, NP is the same he is a competent manager but lacks the know how to get teams promoted from this division. Yeh that never go back thing in football is so true. Look at mark Hughes for example. When he left man utd in 86 he'd won 1 fa cup medal. When he came back a couple of years later he didn't win anything except for 2 fa cup medals, a league cup trophy, a European cup winners cup trophy and two premier league titles. Never go back.

MM has a decent record but he didnt get it overnight, he built it up over time....
