These days of on demand and catch-up TV have spoiled us I feel.

Mrs. FFF and I watched something a few weeks ago and decided to watch the next episode straight away, but no, it wasn't available.

A quick check showed us we would need to wait a week, something that was entirely normal in the relatively recent past.

Waiting a week now and with so much other choice, you run the risk of losing interest or plainly forgetting to watch further episodes.

Sadly I always need the recap, otherwise I can’t remember who has done what to you and why!

The Eternaut people ffs. Get on board.

I'll second that. Slow burner. But superbly made, suspense builds up gradually. For an Argentinian production, it's top-notch.

Also, check out the comic of the same name it is based on.

Moviegoers will remember Ricardo Darin from "The Secret in Their Eyes".

Andor, watched the first season and to say it was a slow burn is like calling a snail fast but it was well written, superbly acted and when the action episodes hit, it was worth waiting for, you just had to wait, wait and wait again for the fun to begin.

Season 2, the final season is the same, a real slow burn, still, it made the first season what it was so why change the formula and you do get the action heavy ending.

Andor Season 2 Episodes 7-9... My HONEST Review and Breakdown!

Skarsgard has always been a quality actor, he just helps to bring a ton of gravitas to the show.

My 25 year old self would cringe at me saying this, but the Boyzone documentary on Sky is excellent.

Louis Walsh is a creepy, manipulative, snake. Horrible man.

I reckon there's a whole load of horrible about the 90s-2000s music/showbiz industry that we don't know about yet.

Frozen Planet II.

"Here's the awe inspiring beauty of the poles and the life within it... and here's how our species is categorically fvcking it all up for them."

Absolutely worth the watch.

Always came off as a bit of a creepy/slimy sort on the TV shows imo.

Last night's programme on ITV about the Bradford Fire (1985) ...

Watched it in silence.   I remember like it was yesterday.   Awful beyond words.

Dignity is in short supply these days.   But that lady who lost her husband and two sons.   Dignity personified.

I've just watched episode 10 (so just 2 to go) and bloody hell, it's an absolute belter.

There are fantastic actors in this show but there are so many reasons why it might not work that it's amazing that it got to be made with so much love and care and very little compromise - even the compression of a story that what was supposedly going to be told over several seasons into 12 episodes has been done so well you'd assume it was always meant to be that way. As with any prequel, there's a risk that it's all undermined by the fact that you know where it all ends up anyway, so it just underlines how much effort has got to go into it to make it feel like it matters. Boy, do they make you feel that it matters.

I read something the other day that agreed that this is a brilliant bit of telly, regardless of whether you like SW/sci fi, but what a shame it is that it's unlikely to command an audience proportionate to how good it is.

I could not agree more

3 episodes in and enjoying it so far! Also rated the first series. Every other new Star Wars series/movie I've watched has been rubbish apart from Mandalorian Season 1 & 2  (Season 3 rubbish) and the Rogue One movie.

Do these relate to the whole series? If so I'll watch them later!

The final episodes, best to watch later because there are major spoilers as to how this show moves into Rogue One.

Hmm personally thought the Acolyte was 10th myself, Book of Boba Fett was a missed opportunity.
