Halfway through my 8th Season with Southampton.

Won the prem 3 seasons in a row and currently top, 10 points clear after 22 games in my 8th season.

Won the FA cup x2, league cup x2, Prem x3, Champions league x1, super cup x1, charity shield x2 (i think), world club championship x1.

Bank balance is healthly, currently getting 60m + a season to spend which i'm struggling to do so. I tend to spend the money i've made from selling the older players

Anyone think of any ideas to make the game more interesting as i think it's starting to get abit to easy now?

first 2 prem titles went down to the final day, 3rd title i won with 3 games left but it was tight up until the last 10 games.

Keep selling 2/3 of my first team each season and bringing in a youth. If you ever get the chance to get Will hughes, get him. I managed to pick him up on a free in the 3rd or 4th season from Derby. He is now 24 and worth 33mil. Fierro is another one brought him for 4m and hes worth 31mil

Going into my fourth year at Sparta, capped off a perfect season three trophies and invincible in the league, despite that a poor performance in europe. I'm most likely going to let my contract expire the following season to find a new challenge.

I'm not admitting defeat, me and Sparta have unfinished business. I'm going to enhance my rep over in other countries for now, managed to get the Monaco job

Update from mine. League - still draw an annoyingly high number of games but we're very hard to beat, although sadly it looks like we're yet again going to miss out on promotion and it'll be tight, I can see it being a last day thing yet again and that never ever ends well for me. Sadly both my two class midfielders want to leave but at least it'll free up some good money which I could do with, although replacing those two (Veretout & Trebel) will be hard.

 

Time for the Coupe de la League final. Sensationally an all Ligue 2 clash between Nantes & Amiens. I've knocked out SM Caen, Chateauroux, Bordeaux, Stade de Reims, Valenciennes & Rennais, so a relatively easy route (although I can't believe I won at Rennais), Amiens knocked out both PSG & Lyon. I'll be absolutely sick if I lose this.

 

The other cup, incredibly I drew Rennais away again in the last 16 but lost 2-1. Meh.

I started with a medium database with only the top 2 divisions in Northern Ireland.

 

1st season -

 

League - Won by 19 points

County Antrim Shield - Won

League Cup - Lost in the final AET

Irish Cup - Won

All Ireland Cup - Lost in the quarter final

Champions League - Lost 5-1 on aggregate to Malmo in the 2nd qualifying round

 

2nd season -

 

League - Won by 10 points

County Antrim Shield - Won

League Cup - Won

Irish Cup - Won

All Ireland Cup - Won

Champions League - Lost on away goals (1-1) to FC RB Salzburg in the 2nd qualifying round

 

3rd season -

 

League - Won

County Antrim Shield - Won

League Cup - Lost in the quarter final

All Ireland Cup - Won

Champions League - Beat Tel-Aviv in the 2nd qualifying round (4-1), then I was up against Levadia Tallin (Estonia) and won 3-2, next up, to make it into the champions league group stage, I had Partizan Belgrade and lost 3-2.

Europa League - Drawn in the group stages, 4th seed against Olympiakos, FC Twente and Malaga, and I finished bottom with 1 point (learning experience)

 

4th season -

 

League - Won

All Ireland Cup - Won

Champions League - Lost 3-1 on aggregate to Hapoel Tel-Aviv in the 2nd qualifying round.

You get 5 good youth players and the aim is to win a trophy, it's called "you can't win anything with kids" 

 

Not a bad challenge and if you really get in to it, you can continue the save

Came 5th. Bollocks to everything. Every single season I'm competing for two or more things at the end, and end up missing out on both.

This Monaco project should be interesting, board only want me to get mid table at the start so that takes a huge weight off my shoulder. The squad is way too huge and I'll probably have to trim it down over my time here, fair few transfers were made before I got the job and the likes of Simone Pepe who are on like 50k a week won't be in my plans.

For all my Nantes side are frustrating, it's amazing how much some of my players have improved. Does your style of play actually improve particular attributes? My game is strongly about ball retention.

Fvcked my game up good and proper. Sold my best striker to Manchester United for £17million, got in (what seemed to be) a decent replacement who has scored 20+ for the last five years for £11million. Yeah, he's rubbish. Messed that up, shouldn't have sold Hughes.

 

Currently lost 8 games in a row, morale at an all time low and I've slipped into the bottom three. Finished 4th last year so now I'm getting all this 'underachieving' stuff. Can't seem to be able to turn it around, getting hammered every game. Considering resigning but I don't want to chuck 6 great years at Leeds out the window.

Are there some games on this that you're just not supposed to win?! 

 

I'm Porto in the 3rd season, 7 games in, 21 points and yet to concede. 2-0 up against Sporting with 10 mins left, they pull 1 back late on, and in injury time Rui Patricio (the keeper) hoofs the ball upfield, and Ospina just let it go right past him for the equaliser. Doesn't really affect anything but it's fvcking annoying.
