Thracian Posted 24 September 2012 Posted 24 September 2012 Anyone he chooses and for any reason. For once we seem to have a genuine meritocracy where the requirements of the team are the consideration rather than the wages or profile of any particular player. And Pearson might not really "drop" anyone but rather change things for tactical or rest reasons reasons rather than because of anyone's poor form. What will matter then is that everyone reacts in the best interests of the team because the concept of "All for one, one for all," is a must if we're to achieve anything.
Dan Posted 24 September 2012 Posted 24 September 2012 He'll drop whoever deserves to be, just like he has ever since he got here.
Kitchandro Posted 24 September 2012 Posted 24 September 2012 Does the old 'father signing his son' ever work out well? Off the top of my head I can think of Alex Bruce (signed by Steve) and Blair Sturrock (signed by Paul). Think Fergie had Darren at Man Utd for a bit too. None of whom amounted to much, playing wise. I'm sure there are many more examples but i'm tired. Nigel Clough? Was he any good?
Captain... Posted 24 September 2012 Posted 24 September 2012 I suppose it will be who ever shits in Nigel's training shoes or tries to get off with his wife. Apparently Mills did both. I heard it was the other way round, he got off with his training shoe and sh...
flowwolf Posted 24 September 2012 Posted 24 September 2012 this is so pointless. Well you read it at some point ?

Roberto Mancini also signed his son up for Man City.
MPH Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 I voted SSL but am i allowed to change my mind? I think Koncheskys mum is going to say something about Nigel and he will take the hump, get in an argument with our Paul, nut him and then drop him and his mum will blast it all over twitter and he will be made to play will the u21s. .Meanwhile Paul will claim nothing happened and his mum will then say how she hates people from Leicester and the ensuing slagfest will make the news. She will gain noteriety and appear on the next show of I'm a celebrity, get me out of here!
ozleicester Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 Not from the poll list... but im pretty sure it will be Top, hes a big name, on big $$ and arrived around the Sven period... definitly the Pearson target type! pack your bags Top!!
dmayne7 Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 Drinkwater or James when they become bemused that 'he who shall not be named' returns from injury and walks back into the team. Scary thought. You mean Andy King? By far the most talented of the CM's
indierich06 Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 Drinkwater or James when they become bemused that 'he who shall not be named' returns from injury and walks back into the team. Scary thought. And quite rightly so. Our best central midfielder by a million miles.
Bayfox Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 He'll drop who he wants He'll drop who he wants He's Nigel Pearson He'll drop who he wants. Sorry.

chris_lcfc_85 Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 Its all well and good taking the piss out the subject atm as we just won but wait till his weird choices start costing us.. What weird choices has he made?
Captain... Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 Its all well and good taking the piss out the subject atm as we just won but wait till his weird choices start costing us.. What weird choices? I don't think many on here disagree with his starting 11, nor that we look a much better team now than at this point last season. We are not the finished article, and I'm sure there will be plenty of negativity if we don't beat Boro, so you can just toddle off until the next defeat then come back and start picking over every single decision, and dazzle us with your superior hindsight knowledge.

Babylon Posted 25 September 2012 Posted 25 September 2012 Anthony Knockeart Someone at work said that Jock Strap on the radio said we should drop Knockaert against Middlesboro, say it aint so. Because after giving SSL man of the match against Burnley I'm seriously worrying about the mans mental well being.
