We are talking about the same amount as a few months wages for a player like Beckford, and we could possibly develop him into someone worth a lot more than that.

Apparently, Watford have bid £2m - which seems a little steep - and Hull are also interested. Maybe get him on loan? We could do with a proper left winger to give Lloyd a bit of a rest.

MGLCFC Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 We've been down that road before getting in big time has been's. Dyer was yesterday's man. Would rather have Trotter or Tunnacliffe who would add energy and commitment, than someone like Dyer who may see this as a last pay cheque.
