Fox92 Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Didn't like what he did (and it was right in front of me) but he has said sorry, which is all he can do. So lets move on and get behind the boys for our massive game on Saturday. We really need to come back with the three points!

Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 He's only a kid, he's said sorry so let's push on together.
dakin_fox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Am i the only one who thinks that Marshall may want to prove a point to the fans and play his heart out at brighton?
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 It's better than no apology but I agree that, yes, it's probably a club constructed thing. Had it not been then it could easily have been done on Twitter (Marshall has/has had a Twitter account so wouldn't be hard for him to do) but there's nothing more that can be done now other than for everyone to move on from it. I still have hopes (misfounded or otherwise) that Marshall can regain the form he showed last season where he looked one of the best players in the division.
Ric Flair Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Right son, be the match winner on saturday and then moon at the fans. We'll be happy with that!
FourtyFour Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 it's a shame cos he ends being really good on FIFA 13
anotherharboroughfox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Don't blame him. Some of our fans are utter tossers.
MooseBreath Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Good lad Ben. Channel your frustration in the right direction and you'll be successful bro.
Storming Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Get over it he said sorry We need to get behind the players if we have any chance of a win on sat .To many people to quick to judge I feel like telling some fans to shut the f##k up and fcuk off at times .He knows he did wrong and has said sorry we will not help by booing him or any off the others . So lets beat Brighton on Sat
Langley Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Don't blame him. Some of our fans are utter tossers. Not half. I think that you've got to remember that the lad's only 21. He's three years younger than me and I've told people to **** off and not issued a public apology. He's under pressure obviously, a lot of responsibility for someone who is still very young and my guess he's trying but not getting anywhere. If you go out and give it your all week in and week out and people give you stick for it, I would snap. Wouldn't you?
Bilbo Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Melissa Debling, look her up. You won't be disappointed I've been meaning to ask!
marbelladave Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 I must be getting old, I actually feel quite sorry for Marshall (and several of our other players too).......... First of all the fook off means nothing to me, fans scream far nastier things, often at players, and dismiss it as banter, what goes around......... etc. Mainly though I feel sorry for a player, who is clearly one of our better attacking talents, whose spirit, energy and now his pride of performance has been ruthlessly destroyed by awful (miss) management and coaching. The attacking flair that was so apparent last season has gone as the player has been forced into a limited, largely negative role in a team that no longer knows how to play attacking football....... I fear Knockaert is going the same way too, like Marshall, he has been forced into a rigid formation and given heavy defensive responsibility, resulting in a steep decline in his effectiveness as an attacking players. Both now play the game in such a way that you can see that it is far more important for them to keep our shape and to track back than do anything spontaneous and create something. Both are now concentrating so hard on their instructions, their role in the side that they hardly ever have the time to think about actually playing football......
Guest Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Yes, he's crap Your arm must be getting tired from banging the same fvcking drum by now.
SmithyFox12 Posted 3 April 2013 Author Posted 3 April 2013 No abuse was given to Marshall until after he told the fans to 'fvck off' - they were only urging him to hurry up with a corner as many expected if he really wanted to win then he should be doing it without needing to be urged on?

Totally agree with this both being played out of position and not being used to there full potential, ben actually started off as a central midfield player in his early days, but was moved out wide because of his cross ability, play the two lads in there best positions and you may see two completely different lads!
JonnyBoy Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 He's still a bellend who's shit at football well he is clearly not sh1t at football, he had a very good season last season and scored some screamers, he is going through a bad patch and its people like you who i don;t want as a Leicester fan
ScouseFox Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 well he is clearly not sh1t at football, he had a very good season last season and scored some screamers, he is going through a bad patch and its people like you who i don;t want as a Leicester fan He scored a few from long range. And gave the ball away a lot of times, was shit a lot of times, is worse than Gallagher and has an attitude, it seems.
Kitchandro Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 Bloody hell some people on here are awkward. He told you to fvck off, he said sorry, get over it. What do you want him to do, arrive on every one of the away fans' doorstep on one knee with a bunch of flowers?
TheUltimateWinner Posted 3 April 2013 Posted 3 April 2013 If that was a Sven signing he'd be transfer listed and never seen again.

What do you want him to do, arrive on every one of the away fans' doorstep on one knee with a bunch of flowers? I know, basically it was people swearing at each other. Fans swearing at Marshall, Marshall swearing back. That's all it was really. If that was a Sven signing he'd be transfer listed and never seen again. Like Konchesky when he swore at fans last season?
