Never rated Gally and do sometimes think he's a bit of a dick but i have wanted him to play recently.

And for all stick of Gally he would care a lot more than Marshall would he was shocking in terms of his effort today. Generally has been crap all season too.

Unless you was there, then you wouldn't know what really went on.

I can remember at West Ham last season, when we took Beckford off he was clapping, but we cheered and chanted off, and he looked round to us in absolute disgust.

God knows what the problem with Marshall was, but as a player this season, he has been a major disappointment, we expected a lot from him, but he has been incredibly poor all season.

Marshall Is a decent bloke, no idea where all this rubbish is coming from. He is a human, and every human hates being abused, a reaction like that when he is trying his best is understandable.

Pearson didn't half sign some dross when you look back on it.

Enjoy your 500 quid a week in league two Ben, that's where you're heading. Give me a call in a few years when your career is over, I night give you a job cleaning my toilets.

haven't you got a wife or girlfriend for that? I have.

But it seems clear he wasn't trying at all...

also you know what would be an amazing idea, a mediation with the players and the fans in the stadium. the players and nige have to sit on a big table in the centre circle with microphones and the fans sit in the stands with runners carrying boom sticks with mics on them. the fans can ask or say whatever they want and the players and nige have to respond but can say whatever they want. fans pay £5 entrance but the open mediation lasts from 9am until midnight, them everyone has a cry and a hug, all issues resolved and we go on to get promoted!

He wasn't trying though. And to swear at your own fans is a disgrace, regardless. I was there, and I can say now we were't 'abusing' him before he did what he did... A few people said hurry up (and rightly so - we were losing!) and a person that gets thousands a week swears at the people that pay his thousands.

I'm not saying this proves anything about today but right near the start of the season my sister's ex (current at the time) was in the Casino one night, and Marshall, King and a couple of others walked in (Schlupp and Waggy maybe, not sure).

Apparently Marshall was throwing his money around, being loud and cocky and saying things like 'I bet you've never seen this kind of money in your life, have you?'

He came out thinking he was a right dick.

I didn't want to stir up negativity before but I suppose it doesn't matter now. Like I said it doesn't prove anything but he comes across as a typical, cocky young footballer to me. I wanted him to do well but if his attitude was poor I wouldn't be surprised.

Still, one can only hope he matures and develops his obvious talent.

Gallagher's not really a decent bloke whoever said that, he may be a joker and all that, but he's a bit of a knob. I won't elaborate on it.

The thing that irritates the hell out of me is that many of us would give our left bollock to play for Leicester. So Marshall can F**k off if that's how he wants to act to the fans. No fans, no club, there would be no Thais investing and no big pay packet for the players. He needs to show a bit of respect for the people that ultimately pay his wages. If he can't take a bit of stick then he's never going to be that good anyway.I remember seing beckham before wembley and the fans singing Posh spice takes it up the **** and he had a blinder.

And pearsons don't like it don't come comment. Well what's to like right now. Brighton could be a 6 pointer now do we really want to keep it as it is and hope things change or make a change immediately. The players need a rocket up their A**** and a change is the only way that's going to happen. NP thanks for the League one season and the playoffs but time to go.

I'd tell half our fans to **** off if I was Marshall. Fvck it, I'd like to do it as a regular punter to be honest.

The relationship between fans and players is pretty much all bollox anyway, fans will (and do) cheer convicted criminals, wife beaters and the rest. They will also hurl personal abuse at players they dont like.

And then they get upset because a player tells then to fook off, not defending Marshall specifically, I wasn't there, but if I was a promising attacking player who had been turned into a lousy defender by an inept manager I wood be telling most of the world to fook right off...... lol

What's stopping you

I tend not to have the focus of the crowd unlike our players.

I've been out with him plenty of times and he can be a bit like that..

If someone who couldnt do my job told me I was shit or come on your being slow etc I'd probably tell them where to go as well. I really dont care what Marshall did hes bound to feel like shit when everyones having a dig at him.

All people were saying was hurry up. The only turned sour when he carried on walking and he started giving abuse back.

We were 2-0 down, we'd had three inswinging corners in quick succession, Marshall took them and failed to beat the first man every time. On the third time, there was a huge groan from the fans right behind the goal.

We'd got the next corner on the counter attack, so he had to run a way for it. He was only jogging for the ball, so the fans were shouting at him to hurry up, as you do. He responded by clearly telling the fans to "**** off", along with several other things. He took the corner, again failing to beat the first man, and when he was lining up the resulting throw in, there were huge boos from our end. He then didn't really put his foot in for the rest of the match, there was a small break out of his song but nothing much.

I was there, and expect some kind of apology. Stupid and disgraceful.

"Team full of Schmeichel's, we want a team full of Schmeichel's..."

We weren't having a dig, a few fans said hurry up - and rightly so, we were losing 2-0!!

He has (in my opinion) no right to tell the fans 'where to go'. We pay his wages, and without the fans there would be no club.
