Deucalion Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Assuming the mods don't mind me using up loads of their internet at the wrong time of the year for something which can only spread dissent and division and reward the unworthy, here is the first organisational thread for the FTotY 12/13 Awards. The purpose of this thread is for members to suggest categories. Try to be quite broad, even if your category is with an individual in mind, ensure there can be more than one person nominated. Do not nominate people at this stage. Once categories are decided upon, a separate thread for each category will appear where individuals can be nominated. Members can also make their cases on why people should vote for their choice at that stage. What I am thinking at the minute is that, once the season is over and there is no official news to post about, we can run one award poll per night. Twenty four hours after the poll is posted, the results will be collated and the winner announced. I will probably post the poll thread at around 10pm and announce the results (even though people will be able to see how the voting is going) at 10pm the following night. Correction - the poll will be secret until the winner is announced. Much more dramatic that way !! Any similar categories suggested will be merged to to keep the thing manageable. So, over to you. Suggest the categories here !!
