Banners vs Watford "Sea Of Blue" Part 2

Recommended Posts

Bringing 3 inflatable dolphins, a giant blue inflatable ring and loads of blue balloons. Bringing the style of the 90s play offs to the King Power. Stop thinking about what the club should or shouldn't do. FAN POWER! It's about having a laugh come on CITY! Yes I am a very sad but happy 41 year old.

haha brilliant! where you sitting!?!

They cant sell unused STH seats tomorrow you might find you have better luck gettings seats together tomorrow.

Ofcourse you are right! Completely forgot about this. Just assumed all sth would buy a ticket anyway but now more seats have became available.

Can still see 30k attendance.

If Watford only have 2,000 tickets whats the deal with Segregation ? Will their be a wedge of fans then two blocks if empty seats next to Watford fans or are the seats either side to Watford available for purchase? Minus that webbing for segregation

Not been to a game with clappers as of yet.....so they add to the atmosphere or replace the singing and chanting which I love when it comes to atmosphere

Is it clappers tomorrow night?...they completely d*ck on the atmosphere IMO. If a sell-out playoff game doesn’t get the crowd going we may aswell quit as fans. Game is on Sky aswell so prepare to be embarrassed nationally if so.

Not being miserable. IMO they are annoying and the wrong type of sound. An atmosphere is generated from singing, not twatting a bit of paper against your hand . Atmosphere will be cracking regardless. we dont need them.

If the atmosphere will be cracking regardless then why do you care if they give out the clappers again?

Members of the Blue Army will all receive a clap banner prior to kick-off (found on the underside of each seat) with supporters in the East and West Stand receiving all blue banners, and supporters sitting in the North and South Stand receiving all white banners.

Before kick-off supporters will be asked to hold the banners up with the effect set to create a sea of blue and white around King Power Stadium as the Foxes look to use home advantage to full effect in the first leg of the play-off semi-final.

To be fair that will look class. Should have been done last time.

What I don't get, as what they propose will look naff, is to not just alternate the blue and white between blocks to create the look of stripes. Having a whole end one colour (either blue or white) is not as visually dramatic. They've missed a trick here (again)! It does not take a lot to organise surely-change the colour at the next aisle!
