Needs to go.

He and the fans clearly despise each other.

Voted no on the basis that the fans hate him with a passion.

Has done a relatively good job actually and any other club would warrant another crack at it

He deserves better than having to put up with Chelsea fans.

Agreed. The treatment of his is a disgrace imo. He didn't sack Di Matteo.

Aye, the Chelsea fans have been morons. They've qualified for the CL, were unlucky to get knocked out this year and made up for it by winning the Europa League. If nothing else, Rafa has made his CV look that bit more impressive. He'll be able to get better than staying at a club where he's inexplicably hated.

They deserve somebody who's utter shit next time like Blackburn did for their treatment of Kean.

Unfortunately, they'll get Mourinho.

Its been said for the last 2/3 seasons that there was gonna be a major game of musical chairs going on with managers, looks like its finally happening.

Saw Rafa being linked with Real a while back, would kinda make sense with him being Spanish, but Real dont fuxk about. Then you've got Man City and Chelsea still needing an appointment, I think Jose could end up at either one. Its hard piecing all this together, surely will be a very interesting year or two coming up

They have their reasons for hateing him.

I certainly wouldn't want a manager in charge of Leicester who had called us a souless club in the past.

I am by no means suggeting the average Chelsea fan is not a total Cock Badger though.

Better for everyone if he moves on, clearly took the job for money and no other reason anyway.

Irrespective of winning the Europa League and attaining automatic qualification to the Champions League, he never had a great rapport with the Chelsea fans and for me, that is one of the most important aspects for a club to progress. Rafa even admitted he didn't want the job full-time, so we know now that he won't get it.

That was probably to ensure that no further abuse would come his way. Once he said he was going after the season, it seemed to quieten down a touch.

I doubt he'd have turned it down had he been offered it long-term.
