That's probably all they lack in personnel but they lack a tactician for the big games, Wenger's idea of just turning up and playing his way has been proven over the last five years to not be a viable approach. They just get steamrollered year after year by the title contenders and they just can't afford to keep doing that but he's too stubborn to change.
