ScouseFox Posted 1 August 2013 Posted 1 August 2013 Liverpool have supposedly bid 25 million euros for Diego Costa from Atletico. Would be a quality signing. And if you think Suarez is a good for nothing scumbag who loves to cheat and is a generally disgusting human being, wait until you see Costa every week! And wait until you see Suarez and Costa on the same pitch. Chaos.
Ozwin Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 So how do we reckon Palace will do this season? No real signings, lost Zaha, top scorer out til Christmas, looks a lost cause surely? Got a feeling 'he's' gonna keep them up though, the whole underdog factor and all that.

Got a feeling 'he's' gonna keep them up though, the whole underdog factor and all that. Relegated by March. Ollie twatface still making jokes about his wife and being a **** and concentrating more on post match interviews and being a clown than how fûcking badly his team will obviously do as if the whole thing was one big funny roller coaster. Bell.
Dan Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR MILLION Quite a similar player to Defoe really Isn't he? Spurs do need a centre back, another striker and obviously a Bale replacement then One of the top two or three players in the Premier League off to Spain again then, will be good to see what happens though He's far better than Defoe.
Ozwin Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 The Prem is going to be so dull without Suarez and Bale lighting it up every week. I hope these deals all fall through, thankfully Madrid will only buy one of them...you'd think...
StanSP Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 The Prem is going to be so dull without Suarez and Bale lighting it up every week. I hope these deals all fall through, thankfully Madrid will only buy one of them...you'd think... Will it, though? Plenty of other players to 'light up' the division. It was there before Bale and Suarez and it will sure as hell still be exciting after they go. Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Coutinho, Van Persie, Navas, Aguero just to name some are still/have come over here to keep it interesting regardless of Bale and Suarez.
Ric Flair Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 Spurs are helmets if they go for a straight cash deal for Bale, reason being? They'll have their pants down by any club who they want to buy one of their players for. Do you think they won't have to pay an extra £5+ million for a player? Of course they will, so i'd snap their hand off at £85 million and either De Maria or that Portuguese left side player who I can't spell his name, not to mention if they can get Morata too. In fact i'd have all 3 and £70 million please.

And not all the cash will be allowed on transfers, either. Levy won't allow that. Some of the money will go towards funding Spurs' new stadium. And do you mean Coentrao as the left-sided player? I'd hope for Spurs' sake they are negotiating for a player in return.
foxfanazer Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 I'd ask Madrid to chuck that Varane kid into the deal, gonna be a top player!
StanSP Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 I'd ask Madrid to chuck that Varane kid into the deal, gonna be a top player! That definitely won't happen! Rated very highly over there and they know he'll be a top player too!

Ozwin Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 To be fair last season was pretty rubbish so I kinda take that back. You know what I mean though, the characters, the top players, the faces of the league, if we sell them all to Spain we're gonna have to call Nicky Butt out of retirement to add a bit of personality to the place.
foxfanazer Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 That definitely won't happen! Rated very highly over there and they know he'll be a top player too!worth a try
ScouseFox Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 West Brom have signed PSG defender and Uruguay captain and legend Diego Lugano. Cracking buy.
StanSP Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 Wow. Never saw that coming! Great signing for them. More changes to the Fantasy League team, I think...
Danno Posted 2 August 2013 Posted 2 August 2013 West Brom have signed PSG defender and Uruguay captain and legend Diego Lugano. Cracking buy.Cracking? Maybe a cracking buy if they bought him 3/4 years ago, he was awful for PSG and Uruguay in the Confed cup.
MC Prussian Posted 3 August 2013 Posted 3 August 2013 And Lyon's striker Bafetimbi Gomis is going to Newcastle for £8m. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23556257 How much more French players are the Geordies going to sign?
Matt Posted 3 August 2013 Posted 3 August 2013 Tottenham losing 3-0 to Monaco. 57 minutes gone. Tottenham for relegation? Losing to MONACO?! Oh, got one back. 3-1.
StanSP Posted 3 August 2013 Posted 3 August 2013 Harry Kane got their goal back. LLoris should have done better with Monaco's first.
StanSP Posted 3 August 2013 Posted 3 August 2013 And Falcao gets his 2nd. Lloris needs to do better again.
MC Prussian Posted 4 August 2013 Posted 4 August 2013 Clint Dempsey has left Spurs and returned home to the US, joining Seattle Sounders: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23559127
Guest Posted 4 August 2013 Posted 4 August 2013 West Ham supporting mate of mine just posted this on twitter @jsullivanwhu's Tweet: https://twitter.com/jsullivanwhu/status/364127567508279296 How bizarre. If our fans had to agree on who to sign we'd never sign anyone.

foxfanazer Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Anybody else finding the Suarez, Bale, Rooney transfer sagas really tedious yet?
StanSP Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Yep, and did so the moment they first started. Can expect this every season though. This morning, do I give a fvck that Suarez trains alone? No. Do I give a shit that Bale's is injured but is still in the Wales squad? Nope! Do I care one iota about ShreK? Nah. Just want them to get their transfers over and done with, but what would be funny is if Liverpool sell Suarez on deadline day then panic-buy someone believed to be as good as him as replacement.
