I saw Knocky in Granby Street yesterday before the match at around 1 pm, he was with some back room chap in an LCFC polo and a younger looking Knocky maybe his brother?

As I walked past he looked at me, saw the badge on my top and we exchanged eye contact, he is too cool to hold your hand out for him to shake!

As I would not be sure what Knocky looked like I'd be a little worried if some young bloke made eyes at me as he walked by.

There's a couple of photos knocking about...

Haha, he had some LCFC shorts on so I think it was him, also I'm about twice his age so shaking hands, saying hello is what kids, teenagers do.

Quite surprised they were out and about with 3 hours to kick off, although I don't know what time they arrive at the ground.

WHAT THE HELL, MAN?!

I have a couple of claims. Me and my mates had a drink with Lee Hughes. He's alright. We didn't bring up his past out of respect.

Also, I got tweeted by Muzzy Izzet. So that was quite good and that.

Did he offer you a lift home?

Was on Soccer A.M. A few years ago.

Sat next to Franck Rolling in a cinema

Met Cannon & Ball

Went out on a disastrous date with a page 3 model.

Told Olly Murs he was an ignorant cnut to his face

That trumps my getting tweeted by Sean St Ledger then!

I played football with Sam Byram for a couple of years - expect him to be playing prem football soon.

Got on all the local York press when I held up my mates 'We're Back' sign when York got promoted back to the football league.

A good family friend used to take photos for John Lennon and his daughter is now Yoko Ono's PA.

My Dad spent 20 mins talking to the Chairman of Morrison's and his wife the other day when he bumped into them shopping as he knows his wife.

Oh and I also sat next to Rickie Lambert at Crete airport a couple of months ago. Took me ages to work out where I knew him from. His children were stressing him out and his wife wasn't very impressive for a Prem striker!

And my Ian Stringer.

Although I've had tweets off reporters from the Merc and Radio Leicester and emails..

Sort of in the same line of business. But I'm at the starting line part.

I was DJ in a club at the top of London Road 1978-79 and used to regularly meet Mark Wallington, Keith Weller, and Jon Sammels.

I was the follow-spot operator at a cabaret bar in Wigston, Stars and Bars, I met Brotherhod of Man, Acker Bilk, (my "mate" nicked his jacket), Freddie "parrot-face" Davies, Roy Castle and Norman Collier.

I doubt many on here will remember any of them.

no . you're right , I've not heard of any of 'em .

Couldn't you remember it was called Grannies ? :)

your mate should have nicked Acker Bilk's bowler hat , it would be worth more .

I used to go in Grannys around that time. Not often but have been in with  a few others. How about Aimans Rest? That was a favourite late 70's early 80's. The girls were mad in there. Before now I've been dragged on the dance floor and had my belt undone. Nothing happened because they were being PT's then went back to theier BF watching on. Took several dances before I realised.

I was on tv a few years ago helping F1 driver Daniel Riciardo out of his crashed car.

Jorge Lorenzo, Valentino Rossi, Dani Pedrosa have all crashed on my marshal posts at the Moto gp
