Personally is prefer the "Yakubu" song we did. Can't remember the name of the tune (obviously not the feed the yak) but I liked it and it works with Wes Morgan.

We've recycled one for him already . I like this chant to be done as free kicks that are going to be a shot on target are taken . Who takes the free kick should be chanted by name . IMO

You can be as snobbish as you want about the Ben Marshall chant, its one of only two that gets normally non-singing fans participating. Surely that's the definition of creating atmosphere.

Yeah it's ridiculously simple but it works and it's a bit more original than We Love You that has a similar effect.

Oh and singing Wesley Morgan hates Forest is retarded.

I think this song is great. Remember when we had a player sent off against Hull and held on to a 1 0 lead to win the game? This song was sung for most of the second half and if anything, slowed the pace down which suited us down to the ground.

 

Therefore, a good defenders song.
