Stoke vs. Leicester Match thread

Sounds like we are confused with our formation.

Perhaps half time will se us change back to what we know.

One thing I would say is that Derby are playing Chelsea tomorrow, so there's a very real possibility of their coming into the game at our place on the back of two straight defeats.

That could be significant, as well as them having one less day to recuperate than ourselves.

Patrick Bamford will be playing for them by then.

He is gonna fook us over.

Stoke haven't lost in a while at home, it is clear they are very good at the Britannia...

So how's the match currently balanced those of you at the match/with access to radio?

Stoke are having most of the possession but not creating toom many chances.  I think we've only had one shot on target so far.  Questionable if the diamond formation's working for us.

We have certainly experimented and it hasn't worked...

They Rule Brittania.

BBC reckon both teams have 2 shots on target.

BBC have us 3 shots on target and them only 2.

Stringer makes it sound like we're being hammered.

They haven't created much but have dominated possession.

Half time, 1 down, not the end of the world. Change the formation, bring on dyer, we aren't creating anything.

What's happening?

Stringer said something happening around the tunnel and I could hear fans singing someone is a wa***r

Why?

The presenter was giving him unlikely 'hypothetical' situations- eg: would villa give up their place in the fa cup to win the premier league-claridge was unhappy that this was completely unrealistic.

No composure on the ball when we get it and they've just had a training session in keeping possession in that first half. We had so much time on the ball and instead of looking to play we just aimlessly hoofed it forward. Terrible difference in class on the ball from that.

We're granting them possession too easily and thus they have used their PL experience to put one past Schmeichel.

If we weren't so complacent with the ball, we could've given them a much better match in the first half.

Still, Stoke are there for the taking. If we manage to get more composure and courage, then we can surely get an early equalizer in the second half.

Its always difficult to tell when listening on the radio, but it sounds like the formation isnt working and that we are losing the physical battle?

Big Kenwyne sounds like he's giving us the runaround.

However, its only one nil and we still have a chance.

Even the 'lesser' sides in the Prem are very strong physically. We must match them in the second half to stand a good chance.
