Vlad The Impaler Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 I wouldn't say most of our attacking play comes from the right, don't think we really create too many long shot oppurtunities either but apart from that it's pretty fair i'd say.
Captain... Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Strengths: Headbutts, and resistance to being headbutted Weaknesses: Hearing, players need to cup their ears to hear the crowd. Pearson's daughter.
Lionator Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 I'd say our big weakness is conceding goals from nothing. If you look at the game against Bolton, they had no sustained pressure yet bagged three goals but didn't look like scoring for the rest of the game. Same happened v Forest and Brighton.
ealingfox Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Weaknesses: Just knowing they could be liable to an almighty cock-up at any given time
LestaFox92 Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Would have thought our left and right wings would of been abit more even seems as dyer has been playing well.
MC Prussian Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Strengths: Goals Weaknesses: Goals against Simples.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Strengths: Accounts Weaknesses: Eczema "…feet."
XLM Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 According to that Burnley don't have any weaknesses.
StanSP Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Definitely agree with the long shots weakness. Clearly done before this season because 'attacking down the left' isn't mentioned. Lloyd Dyer needs a category of his own just for this season alone!
ealingfox Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Weakness: Consistently getting turned over by teams bottom of the form table.
Alf Bentley Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Despite our "goals for" total, I'm surprised that "finishing scoring chances" is deemed to be a strength (unless only very clear chances are included). We seem to create an awful lot of chances and half-chances, and miss a large proportion of them. I'd rather that than have very little creativity, though. Creative play is definitely the biggest strength overall. ....and, yes, I think Lloyd Dyer would have something to say about the "attack down the right" comment
Manwell Pablo Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Would have thought our left and right wings would of been abit more even seems as dyer has been playing well. Interestingly, their player ratings have him averaging about 6.8 or something, which would indicate that don't think he has been that good. Which I find rather odd.
elangLCFC Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 Just been on that site and it says we only scored twice from counter attacks? Can't be right

That would indicate that the left is more efficient in terms of attacking. The left side is more dominant in home games whilst the right side dominates away but yet again more shots come from the left. A stat for crosses (beyond the recording of 22 crosses per game) and which side they come from would be useful.
