Bert Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Could've had a worse second seed. Should win that group with ease.
Samilktray Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 England should finish this qualifying campaign unbeaten looking at that group.
Guest ttfn Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 How does qualification work for this? Is it top 2 to go through and then 1 team from each group in the play-offs? In which case there's a genuine prospect of all 5 home nations qualifying.
Guest ttfn Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Also, it goes to show what a shambles the FIFA seeding was that Switzerland were seeded for the World Cup (8 seeds) and couldn't get a seeding for the Euro qualifiers (9 seeds plus France hosting).
MC Prussian Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 England should finish this qualifying campaign unbeaten looking at that group. Could've had a worse second seed. Should win that group with ease. You might as well book your tickets to France already.
Stadt Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Can somebody post all of the groups or at least England's please?

MC Prussian Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Can somebody post all of the groups or at least England's please? England San Marino Lithuania Estonia Slovenia Switzerland
Bert Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 6 points from San Marino, Lithuania and Estonia. 4 possibly 6 from Slovenia. 4 from Switzerland.
sphericalfox Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Ireland will need MON at the races otherwise the best we can look forward to a 3rd place at best. England virtually got a bye
BlueSi13 Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Am I the only one that's disappointed we seemingly have (yet another) a relatively straight forward group? People complain about the at atmosphere at the new Wembley but the fact is we haven't had a chance to have a single competitive game against one of the 'big nations' such as Germany, France, Italy or Spain. Hard to get passionate about ties against teams like Estonia and Slovenia etc.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Anyone know when fixtures are announced?

Vacamion Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Chris Coleman shaking his head and looking dead eyed whilst saying "Positive...Good Group"
Stadt Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 England San Marino Lithuania Estonia Slovenia Switzerland Cheers Prussian, you should qualify easily too.
Beliall Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 England San Marino Lithuania Estonia Slovenia Switzerland is it me or do we always get drawn with these same teams
TJB-fox Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 We might see Stankevicius for Lithuania at Wembley!

Poor Gibraltar have to go face Germany! Group G looks the toughest with Russia, Montenegro, Sweden and Austria all in the same group! Also Group A looks little tight! least we don't have to worry about Scotland qualifying! I think the republic of ireland have got a chance.
Stadt Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 Spain could play the u17s and would probably top the group

Unless we have a few really bad qualifying campaigns we're gonna be in pot 1 for the foreseeable future, so we're not gonna get drawn against the likes of Germany.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 23 February 2014 Posted 23 February 2014 I bet you won't even get good odds on a 10-0 win for Germany. Oh dear.
