jumbo mills Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I'm really hoping that if we go up obv very likely that we have don't have Forest or Derby coming with us. Every time we get up there, their is usually one of the two there.id Love to have a season where it's only us from the east mids in the top flight. It would do leicester and Leicestershire a real boost even if its only 12 months being the pride of the East Midlands.

Gold Coast Fox Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 Agreed. I'd hate to see either of them anywhere near the premiership.
crisp packet Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 Why? I'd personally like to see it? 6 points off the sheep for a start?
Xen Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 Derby to come up with us and repeat their last Premiership season ('easy' 6 points, one less relegation spot). Forest to fail in the play-offs and get hit hard by FFP.

Oxfordfox83 Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I'd like to see Derby up (as long as we go up first). Like playing them, and like our form against them. Don't care about Forest tbh. It's a personal thing, but I've never felt a rivalry with them on the pitch. Since I started following in 91, they've never really been at our level. Last season was pretty funny though...
Ric Flair Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 Forest are now about 13 games unbeaten, they've drawn an obscene amount of games but if they keep chipping away I can see them right up there. Hopefully they can't catch us, beating them at their gaff is important for me, can't stand that odious little cretin.
LanguedocFox Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I quite enjoy the local rivalry, as long as we win, of course. One mean-minded thought I have is that it would be fun to see Forest go up (via the playoffs, on penalties - to prolong the agony) and then Wee Billy emulate his performance when he took Derby up a few years back. However, it wouldn't surprise me to see both Forest and Derby in the play-off mix at the end of the season.
Guest Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I'd like all three to get promoted. Beating Forest and Derby in the Prem makes me happier than beating Chelsea or Manure.
MrSpaM Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I'm putting my money on a Forest V Derby play off final
MPH Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I'd like all three to get promoted. Beating Forest and Derby in the Prem makes me happier than beating Chelsea or Manure. Completely agree. Also Our first season in the prem could be quite difficult and could involve some real spankings and winless runs. Nothing like a local derby win to break the cycle.
Out Foxed Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 agreed. i've seen people on here say they'd like to see those other two no mark teams go up as well. **** that. unless they are thinking that means a guaranteed 2 relegation spots taken.
5waller5 Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I'm putting my money on a Forest V Derby play off final That would be great .... A lovely game to sit back and watch knowing that we are in the top flight and they are scrapping it out!!!
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I don't want to be like Norwich where we nothing really to look forward to in a season.
Kitchandro Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 Yeh hopefully they'll both stay down for a few years until the Premiership novelty wears off and I want a local derby.
Hollism Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I'm putting my money on a Forest V Derby play off final I'd be seriously tempted to go if that happened. Always said I won't go to Wembley until I've been with Leicester though
ScouseFox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I'd have nothing against Derby going up (with us). Billy and Forest can rot in this league forever though the horrible little cûnt and his horrible little club.

Swalker Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I'd like to have them both come up with us! At least then there's 2 teams worse than us so worst case scenario 3rd from bottom
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I'll gladly take more of this, thanks.
dayday Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 The arrogant Forest fans would hate the thought of Leicester being top dog in the EM.
