Leicesterpool Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Got two choices for matches tomorrow, either this game or Boro vs Luton?
kingfox Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Young defender from the academy, couldn't think of any other defenders and wasn't convinced by having only the one defender in Miquel on the bench, although it's a risk either way. You'd have this guy over George Taft
Larry_LCFC Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Got a good feeling about this one. 2-0 good solid performance and back to winning ways.
sylofox Posted 21 February 2014 Author Posted 21 February 2014 Good find davieg Will everyone thats had a comment used get a payout for it? lol They seem a realistic bunch the comment "A draw would be better than any away win they've had this season" Oh and the Nugent comment "Rather loose 4-0 than Nugent score the winner" lol They don't like Nuge.
Corky Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 http://www.twtd.co.uk/ipswich-town-news/24679 Glad I saw that bit at the bottom, thought it was one bloke talking non stop with contradicting opinions
RobHayes Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Definitely think Lloyd Dyer could do with a rest, but tomorrow isn't the game to do it with Paul Konchesky suspended. Changing the entire left hand side of the team could seriously affect the balance of the formation. Read more of my thoughts on the upcoming game vs Ipswich, as well as a look back at the Forest game on Wednesday. http://www.soarmagazine.co.uk/leicester-city-blog-fightback-shows-great-character/
LanguedocFox Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 NP says Mahrez is ready for a start though doesn't definitely say he will. I reckon he will be in for Dyer (maybe until half-time/60 minutes) and Schlupp in for Konch. Otherwise unchanged from Wednesday. It's a strong side, and given that Ipswich need points if they are going to make the play-offs, it might be quite open. 3-0 sounds a good result, but as ever I would take 1-0 as the result of a dodgy penalty.

That short-ar$ed pr!ck wouldn't know the meaning of the term: never has, never will.
oxtonfox Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Not sure I want to rely on a penalty to win it. I think we have missed 3 out the last 4. I'd start with Nuge - got a feeling he will be on a good day. I think Mahrez should now start - let's see what he's made of. Giving Lloyd a rest is fine. I think Miquel should start if fit as I think he's a decent defender and better than having a wide front man at LB Keep Liam Moore on the bench for now as cover for any defensive position I'd like to see Kingy and Wood start but there's no room for them as the rest have done so well. Tricky game but I think we can edge it.
Onions Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Nugent ALWAYS scores against Ipswich. 4-1 LCFC 0-1 HT, people to start talking about League 1, then a dominating second half and the same folk talking about us being in Europe soon
Bluetintedspecs Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Think McGoldrick makes them tick and will be a massive miss for them! Expecting a big performance from us tomorrow and fancy a 3-0 win. COYB
TJB-fox Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Schlupp did not 'boss' it at Watford. Anyone claiming this, go and watch the highlights please. He was good going forward, but he was caught out of position time and time again.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 2-1 to us,tight game nervous last 10mins I agree it will be a close game
justfoxes Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 I'll go for a cheeky 3-0 win for us Nugent slamming in 2 stunners then going for the hatrick and hits the post and Vardy knocks it home !! One thing tho Nugent certainly needs to get one tomorrow to stop the anti Nugent brigade getting on his back would love to see the guy get 3 against the tractor boys and get his goal scoring boots back again !! Come on you Blues !!
Buzzell Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Kasper RDL Moore Was Schlupp Knocky James Drinkwater Dyer Vardy Nugent I'd personally rest Dyer for this one and give Mahrez a run but I don't think Pearson will do that. Moore to slot in at left back. 2-0 to us
lancyclaret Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 A draw is no good for Ipswich if they want to make play-offs so 3-2 Leicester in an open encounter.
crisp monster Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Hope Gerken don't play in goal for them. The're normally in a pickle without him.
dedlock Posted 21 February 2014 Posted 21 February 2014 Schlupp did not 'boss' it at Watford. Anyone claiming this, go and watch the highlights please. He was good going forward, but he was caught out of position time and time again. Agree. He's not a left back. Left sided, good going forward but not a full back.

He was good going forward, but he was caught out of position time and time again.[/quoteHis few defensive shortcomings were more than outweighed by his attacking contribution which resulted in a stonking win. Konch makes lots of bad mistakes that could have led to goals; you should judge him by the same yardstick.
turkish14 Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 6 points against Ipswich and Charlton will hopefully increase our lead over the others, as there are "big" games for most of our rivals in that period. Then we can sit back and relax whilst the advantage is missed by our rivals,on the weekend we were supposed to play Wigan.
