StanSP Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Where did it originate from, and why? Am I the only one that doesn't get it?
cambridgefox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Where did it originate from, and why? Am I the only one that doesn't get it? No,I don't either bloody slanderers.
Munshi Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 I think this got going at Stoke away, we pretty much sang it the whole game and it was fun, don't think there's anything in it just that it got going and ever since carried on.
Fox92 Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Hull sing it to Steve Bruce. Not sure why we started singing it, but I like it.
Munshi Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 At Stoke, that was started and one guy shouting MARK THE WINGS.
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 It's a bit disconcerting seeing young kids shouting it. One in front of me at Forest was bellowing it at the top of his voice despite clearly not knowing what (or who, probably) Charlie is.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 I thought everyone knew about the party thing, in his spare time when not winning penalties and scoring our Jamie just loves a party, Tupperware, Anne Summers, fancy dress, you name it, he loves it.
Soar Fox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Leeds fans sing it about Paddy Kenny as he was banned for failing a drugs test. Surprise surprise some of our fans have copied it.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 A few of us used to sing it about Sir Nige a year or so ago
Voll Blau Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Leeds fans sing it about Paddy Kenny as he was banned for failing a drugs test. Surprise surprise some of our fans have copied it. It's been going sicne well before that. England cricket fans used to sing it with the words "bring your spliffs and your Bacardi" to Phil Tufnell in the 90s, Chelsea sing it about Josh McEachran too. Was mad in that pub before Stoke,.
Fatbloke Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Twattish song thankfully fizzling out, sod all to do with Football or supporting LCFC, in fact it`s insulting and demeaning to Vards !
STEVIE B Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 England's Barmy Army ( cricket ) sang a similar song about Ronnie Irani about 15 years ago in Zimbabwe. 'Ronnie Irani's having a party, bring some coke & a bottle of Bacardi'. I think he had sociable side, apparently !
TJB-fox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Twattish song thankfully fizzling out, sod all to do with Football or supporting LCFC, in fact it`s insulting and demeaning to Vards ! you really think hes upset by this song?
Voll Blau Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Twattish song thankfully fizzling out, sod all to do with Football or supporting LCFC, in fact it`s insulting and demeaning to Vards ! Better tell West Ham to stop singing about blowing bubbles then as it's completely irrelevant to the sport they play.

Dick !!!! that is West Ham`s anthem as is You`ll never walk alone etc, they are all about supporting their teams, the moronic Vardy song is aimed at a player and about alcohol and sodding drugs, as I said it`s fizzling out anyway thank god !! please tell us your joking bro!!!??? NO !
Bayfox Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Twattish song thankfully fizzling out, sod all to do with Football or supporting LCFC, in fact it`s insulting and demeaning to Vards !**** you fit in well round here. It's a bit of a laugh. I actually like it. Gets the young uns buzzing whats wrong with that. Who cares why or where it started. Maybe we should bring up his tag instead. Ffs I know lets sit in silence instead. I vote we invoke a law where all clubs sing only original songs only. Which leaves us with wys and **** all else.
