I've had the good fortune to meet Mick McCarthy a couple of times years ago. You wont meet a more straight up honest decent man in Football than him.

As a Manager he has his flaws and limitations but if being a genuine bloke was the standard by which Champions were made he would have won the Premier League years ago.
