I think if we win our next 5 (Charlton home, Barnsley away, Blackpool home, Blackburn away, Yeovil Home) we'll effectively be up. 5 potentially winnable games there, id be happy with home wins and away draws but we won't have a better chance to go up than this!

Comprehensive win.

Vardy his usual pesky self, Nugent silences the boo boys again and Schlupp offers such a threat going forward, he's a better player than so many give him credit for and as I said months ago, is a modern-day full back with great potential.

Drinkwater and James controlled the middle again... their partnership has made a huge difference to this team.

A real testament to Pearson was to look at our bench today... I defy anyone to find a stronger bench (and squad) than we have.

Just got back.

Thought the performance was nothing special, nice and comfortable and we still managed to 3-0, just goes to show how much class we have in the side.

Great instinct for the first two goals, Vardy reading the game, good quick reaction and an excellent finish. Good work from De Laet for the second, another great reaction from Nugent and an easy goal.

Didn't really think anybody stood out today, apart from Jamie Vardy who was instrumental again. Thought Wes and Was played well in the central of defence, Ipswich held the ball up well, but we were hardly troubled.

Finally despite playing Kasper into trouble a few times, I really don't mind Jeff at left-back, did a decent job today.

Another three points in the right direction  :scarf:

Great win against a useful team & manager.

Charlton, who we've lost against a hell of a lot is a crucial game with Derby & Burnley playing each other.

If we can finally beat them, then the gap to either Burnley, Derby or both will grow.

Yet another tough game

I'd play Schlupp there regularly, got a lot to learn about positioning (particularly when he's on the far post from a cross from the other side, but also against breaks) , but while he's learning his pace often gets him out the cropper. Only way he'll learn is by playing and it's the sort of pace we'll have to have at FB should we go up

Spot on.. exactly why Prem clubs have been looking at him IMO. People should look not at what this lad is doing, but what he can do.

Hopefully the idiots who suddenly decided Schlupp was shit have changed their mind after seeing that performance.

Nugent and Vardy were awesome too.

Cracking result. Looking good.

Wigan are going to nick 6th!!!!

Maybe even higher, if Burnley and Derby slip, Wigan could come in off the rails.

Reading suprisingly slipped, but will still be involved, they still have to play teams above them, also no matter how much we dont like QPR, I am sure they will hit back.

No matter what , 2nd 3rd have to win 4 -5 games to get near city and pass them. City for me are up.

6 more wins out of 14 games, 89 points. Surely enough? I know, this is Leicester, but as Stringer said at Forest last year, This is Leicester, anythings possible. COYB!!

For those of you wishing for a Burnley win, I can only assume that you think we've beat Charlton already. As someone else pointed out, the teams down the bottom are scrapping for their lives. There really isn't such a thing as can easy game in this league. There really isn't. I reckon Charlton will be tough to break down. I'd take any type of win over Charlton and a draw for Derby and Burnley.

Good professional performance, over as a contest at half time, we did take the foot of the pedal, could have been risky, but in the end Ipswich were a poor side, and we could afford to conserve our energy.

Ipswich disappointed me, I expected better before the game, but they never really looked like scoring.

Didn't affect the game but I thought the ref bottled it in the first couple of minutes, when vardy got brought down by the last man, didn't even give a free kick.

Matty James worked his socks off in the middle and was probably man of the match for me.
