Cincinnati Fox Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Darlow is worse than the majority. They are all shite then Cost em points against us, and the goals just went through him against burnley. and that is why the European champions are 5th
StanSP Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Shackell for me mate. Apparently has been exemplary for Burnley this season. Fair enough. Can't be that bad a team if we're splitting hairs over a defender .
indierich06 Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Hanford at the top of the diamond...I can forgive him getting a runout with the sheep Who??
kingfox Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Haven't we had about 5 threads like this in the past month?
Stadt Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Schmeichel No one stands out for me(Is Ben Mee having a good season, lancy?) Morgan Moore Trippier Lloyd Drinkwater Bryson Reid Ings McCormack
Brainy Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Why did it take 10 posts for McCormack to be mentioned
ScouseFox Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 No idea bar our players and a few minutes on FLS or something someone says on Sky Sports but if it doesn't include Vardy, Drinkwater and one or two of James, Lloydy, Moore and RDL it is a load of my ballsack
Fox92 Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Never join in on these because the only players I watch consistently are Leicester players, but I'd imagine Drinkwater and Vardy, maybe even Moore, would be in with a good shout this year.
MattFox Posted 26 February 2014 Posted 26 February 2014 Kasper Tripper Moore Morgan Cresswell Drinkwater James Reid McCormack Ings Vardy I've not seen enough of the sheep to include any of their players. They were the worst team to come to the kp this season
Langston Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Does anybody really see enough of these other sides to make that good a judgement?
ScouseFox Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Does anybody really see enough of these other sides to make that good a judgement? No. Neither does whoever is going to vote for it though.
Donut Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Id fvck Cresswell off who seems to be everyones flavour of the month for whatever reason despite being made to look ordinary against us and id plump for an on song Royston Drenthe. Pace, power, bags of (sadly unfulfilled) talent waiting to burst out.
Dickov22 Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 I will give you darlow, the rest are shite Darlow was awful for our first goal last week!
Dickov22 Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 I'd put De Laet in my team. Wouldn't swap him for any other right back in the division.
cc_star Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 I'd put De Laet in my team. Wouldn't swap him for any other right back in the division.Yup
Grantham Fox Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Kasper Trippier Moore Shackell Cresswell Drinkwater James Hughes Vardy McCormack Ings
lancyclaret Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Schmeichel No one stands out for me(Is Ben Mee having a good season, lancy?) Morgan Moore Trippier Lloyd Drinkwater Bryson Reid Ings McCormack Ben Mee playing solidly but has missed a few through injury and I don't think he has done enough to get in a Championship Team of the Year. Trippier and Ings are the obvious contenders from Burnley but Shackell (30) and Marney (30) are probably having their best ever seasons.
inckley fox Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Kasper Trippier Moore Shackell Cresswell Drinkwater James Hughes Vardy McCormack Ings Hughes? Tish and pish.
Grantham Fox Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Hughes? Tish and pish. Was thinking of going with Bryson, but I also thought about Jackson at Charlton, and Reid at Forest.
StanSP Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Also not seeing the hype about Hughes. Couple of good games then he's a nobody. He's not even been Derby's best player.
LanguedocFox Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Kirkland Mee Hobbs Mills Morrison Peltier Marshall Wellens Spearing DJ Campbell Beckford Now we're talkin'. Although on reflection, Hobbs is a bit out of place in that line-up.
LanguedocFox Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Interesting that no-one's mentioned Knocky. I'm not really qualified to comment, other than that he seems to have a game-changing ability.
Danno Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Schmeichel Tripper Shackell Moore Creswell Bryson Drinkwater Reid Vardy Ings McCormack
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 27 February 2014 Posted 27 February 2014 Darlow is worse than the majority. Cost em points against us, and the goals just went through him against burnley. Best keeper in the Championship, by a mile.
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Schmeichel Tripper Shackell Moore Creswell Bryson Drinkwater Reid Vardy Ings McCormack Perhaps not the best player in every position in the division but as a "team" that's pretty bang on. Trippier, Shackell and Cresswell would definitely be in my back four and I don't think many who study the Championship closely would disagree with that. I'd be very surprised if we have more than three players in the official Championship team of the year.
