Bob Weasel Fox Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Underestimate this lot at our peril!!!!!They will be tough to beat and they will have a pop at goal or two, no easy games in this league
The Guvnor Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Went to the game at Huish park back in Oct, I thought they played ok but since then we have improved and they haven't, so don't want to tempt fate but no reason why we shouldn't beat these comfortably.
Chilwell_Fox Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Cannot wait for this, coming down to Leicester for the first time in ages. Doing the Richard III exhibition in the day, then the game in the evening. Going to be amazing!
reynard Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Bit worried about the complacency developing before this game. Yeovil got a point away at Wigan, they won't be pushovers. They won't be taking selfies on the pitch and asking our players for autographs. They are coming here to try and fvuk our shit up! Yeovil have only lost twice in their last 9 league games. This is not the time to rest a few players in anticipation of an easy win. This is the time to be ruthless. The Yeovil game is MORE important than the Burnley game. If we beat Yeovil, then a defeat against Burnley wont make much difference to where we are now: five points clear. However, if we slip up against Yeovil, then it's Burnley away followed by Wigan away. And suddenly we're under pressure. Strongest team against Yeovil is needed, with the right attitude... Couldn't agree more. With two very tough away games coming up we really do want to win this one. They nearly won at Derby, drew at Wigan and got a result at Reading with only 8 men. They did however, lose badly at Forest and QPR. Must play our best available 11 this is not the time to rest players.
Candidcamera Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Same team as Saturday and until we are uncatchable. The subs can come on when and if we've won the match. This one is the most important - then Burnley and so on.
demon_dog Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Hope Nigels stint in hospital hasn't affected the preparations for this game. They'll be fighting for their lives, hope we take them seriously and go for the jugular. COYB.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Will be a very tough game IMO Come on Leicester!!!
Tuna Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Lawrence has a good shot on him, needs to be closed down. Miller needs to be marked tightly. They've a much better team than their position suggests, we need to hit them hard and get some early goals to ease the pressure. This will be a very tough game, but I know we'll be prepared. Must win this one with the games we have coming up. Must get 3 points, no excuses.
Ric Flair Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 If Trippier is still out on Sat then I reckon that's the game for Lloyd to come back in. Him and Schlupp down that flank, with no Trippier, could cause huge damage. I'd actually play Lloyd, Mahrez and Knockaert all behind Vardy.
Dan Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 I'm not sure he looked disinterested, more that he looked like he'd fallen asleep at half-time and struggled to wake up in the second half. Absolutely agree though that he had a poor game on Saturday and I've been confused about NP's near constant playing of him when there are decent alternatives available. To think that Wood is going to go through the season only starting five or six games at this level is incredible really. I'm not really surprised either. I want it to work for Wood as he seems to have a decent attitude but he's so limited as a player it's untrue. He's a quality finisher but his all-round game is shite.
cjslcfc Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 I'd actually play Lloyd, Mahrez and Knockaert all behind Vardy. That attacking three behind Vardy has just about everything you could want in this league. The sheer pace and directness of Lloyd, the graft and guile of Knocky and the pure class of Mahrez. Don't think many Championship defences would fancy that!
absolutelegend Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Im going for 6-1 Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
sk3since03 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Tough game Going for 3-1 Nuge with all 3 to silence the moaners
LCCFox96 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Hope the team will be: Schmeichel De Laet Wasilewski Morgan Schlupp Mahrez Drinkwater James Knockaert Nugent Wood Subs - Logan, Moore, Hammond, King, Dyer, Phillips, Vardy Vardy only on the bench so he doesn't get booked I agree with this but think Moore will come in for De Laet if his knock is bad. Tough game tonight. Let's get 3 points posted on the board and take another step towards promotion. I'll feel a lot happier going to Burnley and to back of a win than an unsatisfactory home draw/loss to Yeovil. Particularly as Burnley are likely to beat Doncaster tonight too.
Happy Fox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 I have a feeling Donny will draw at Burnley and we will beat Yeovil come on City crunch time now
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Come on Leicester!!! This one won't be easy but we can win it 2-1
MC Prussian Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Make no mistake, I expect us to beat Yeovil - convincingly or not. But there's still ten potential banana skins out there, so we shouldn't take this game lightly. Obviously, scoring a handful of goals would be fun and give the team (provided Pearson starts a few "fringe" players) an additional mental boost ahead of the very important and long-awaited fixture at Burnley. Let's give it our best shot tonight and show the league what we're made of (again). I can see this being a high-scoring affair. Up the Foxes!!

Ric Flair Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 It's a big 2 weeks for us. We've a lot of games and some very tough ones that could easily go against us but at the same time if we keep our heads and remain positive then it could well be business as usual and promotion in the bag. Tonight's game cannot be taken lightly but it's the game we should be looking to stamp our authority on and get back to winning ways. Yeovil won't roll over but like Charlton the other week, they are fighting for their lives but they are down there for a reason, they lack genuine quality. Let's have an early goal, don't concede and then kick on and finish the job. Burnley will be a big game, but if they are missing Ings and Trippier then we must exploit that. They have a sensational spirit and some players in the form of their lives but we can get something there. Wigan away is similar and both games could easily be lost but i'd back us to get points there. We've a very good record at Turf Moor actually and we're due a win at Wigan.
kingcarr21 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 same team 4-0 Vardy doesnt get booked Happy Days
Banks Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 As long as we win, no one is sent off, injured and Vardy isn't booked then it's all good.
teblin Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Think we will win this one, can see a couple of changes. Think King may play and Moore may get a chance.
