JJS84 Posted 19 May 2014 Posted 19 May 2014 I also say Nathan Redmond, we can offer prem football and I'd imagine his wages won't be massive yet. He would be awesome in our team, would the transfer fee be substantial though?
Guest Posted 19 May 2014 Posted 19 May 2014 What about Holtby? Wages might be an issue I'd have thought but perhaps we could loan him? Fulham managed it?!
tetly Posted 19 May 2014 Posted 19 May 2014 Sandro the spurs defensive midfielder 7-8m Creswell the Ipswich left back 3-4m Richards the Man city center back 6-7m Zaha the man united winger 6-7m Striker is a position I struggle to think of a player I think we could afford someone like Bony, obviously not him but that type of player. Goalie we just need decent back up if jasper stays on. 30-40m investment needed to be comfortable on our return to the premier league.
Gary Eatfood Posted 19 May 2014 Posted 19 May 2014 Redmond looked quality tonight, admittedly against a poor Wales team. I'd love us to sign him but I can't see it happening. He'll probably end up at Spurs or Newcastle, somewhere hideous anyway.

Sandro - Haha Cresswell - Pearson will stick with Schlupp Richards - Haha Zaha - Pearson wouldn't sign him Who's "jasper"?
tetly Posted 19 May 2014 Posted 19 May 2014 Who's "jasper"? Kasper Richards we are being linked with Milner so could happen. Sandro he is good just injured a lot, he may not be realistic but that type of player would help us. Zaha I see your point not a Pearson type player but we could do with a decent right footed winger.

Richards is the only one of those that would interest me and we've no chance. I don't know that much about Cresswell tbf. Sandro - not sure how he has a reputation as a good player when he'splayed about 5 games a season for the past 4 years!
Guest Posted 19 May 2014 Posted 19 May 2014 It's gotta be Redmond. The outstanding candidate. Go on NP!
kingpower84 Posted 19 May 2014 Posted 19 May 2014 Would Vydra be worth a gamble? On fifa 2014 he is a worth a gamble
jammie82uk Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 On fifa 2014 he is a worth a gamble I think it would be worth a gamble if the price is right He's only made just over 100 appearances in his career so far And nearly half of them was for Watford He managed to get a good run in the team and score a considerable amount of goals
Mjeb Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Do think Nigel would want to bring him in , I know he had stated he was a decent player , and tried to sign him when he came back to Leicester according to the papers ?? Could he still do a job

foxfanazer Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Not a suggestion from me but I couldn't be bothered to make a new thread for it. Just seen an arcticle saying we're lining up a £12m move for James Milner If it was possible would you like him here? Not a player I rate very highly for a top team like man city but he's a hard worker and has a touch of class. Wages would be huuuge obviously

Wages would be huuuge obviously He's so far out of our league yet they'll be people not wanting him. Let's face it, if he does come here, he'll be the biggest scapegoat we have. I don't watch that much Premier League football but he's been excellent for Man City whenever I've seen him and apart from a dodgy Euro 2012, he's been very dependable. How this rumour has got any traction though is beyond me.
Ric Flair Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 I can't see Redmond risking going to another team who've got a chance of relegation (us, West Brom, Villa) he'll pick wisely and I can see him going to someone like Everton or Newcastle.

I swear there are two, as yet undiagnosed but widespread, conditions amongst football fans: 1) An inability to pronounce/spell players names 2) An inability to recognise who is a realistic target for their club
conLAD logan Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Can deeney being our lambert/Rodrigues in terms of impact
Fox92 Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Yeah we should get Deeney then watch Watford fans cry on here even more.
GLC Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Wigan are now a selling club.... Why not try James McClean or Callum Mcmanaman?
LeicesterBran Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Wigan are now a selling club.... Why not try James McClean or Callum Mcmanaman? I take McManaman altough he can be inconsistent at times when he's at his best he is quality. As for McClean, abillity wise he is good but, can be a cvnt.
