Balanta is :nigel:

Absolute unit, him and Otamendi smashing it.

I'm half tempted to do a River Plate side because it's absolutely criminal how good some of their prospects are. I can see it being very boring very quickly though as I'm not sure the rest of the continent would keep up.

They'd be a great team for some sort of Global Super League database.

I'm putting my League Two save on hold for a bit while I try something new up in Scotland.

I've taken over Cowdenbeath. Since Central Park looks like something out of Mad Max, I've decided to have my team play something that resembles Thunderdome more than football. We will play with one big target man and have everybody blast the ball to him when they have it, and tackle the shit out of the opposition when we don't. There will be no place to hide on our 60-meter-wide pitch, and if I can even make that narrower if I don't get fired next season, then by god, I will.

I've also had my bid to sign 33-year-old, 6'4", 202 lbs. Kevin Kyle as a backup target man leaked, so naturally I have to make an additional comment that "I like to do business in the right way. For some reason, some balloon-head has decided to leak it."

:nigel:

Heading: 16, Aggression: 16-19, Bravery: 13-16, Determination: 16-20, Leadership: 15-18, Jumping Reach: 14, Strength: 15... Flair: 1-4. Pace: 4. I need a player like this so badly!

So Leicester set me expectations of battling relegation bravely, yet when I lie 13th after an admittedly shocking run of form, they get rid of me! Taken over Halifax Town now.

Did you change season expectations in January?

Taken over at Burton Albion and am top by a long shot of League 2 at Christmas, My squad is looking good ready for next season as well hopefully.

Good signings so far - Kamel Chergui, Jason McCarthy, Bobby Grant, Jonathan Grounds, Joe Partington and Nestor Djengoue.

I've got this big unit on trial in preseason now. 6'6", 242 lbs. Can I pay him in hamburgers instead of money?

I got sacked at Spurs, took over at Nantes who were bottom but I'm currently 15th, signed Mcauley on a free and he's doing the business so far.

27th best finish in League 2 ever on the leader board.

Pissing hell.

Won serie a with 5 games to go.

Got drawn against Atletico Madrid in the quarter finals, lost 1-0 in the away leg to a last minute goal after my centre half got sent off with 10 minutes to go.

In the home leg, I was 2-0 up with 10 minutes to go, guess what, another red card and a last minute goal for them to put them through on away goals. Sickening.

Also lost in the Italian cup final (3-2 aet) to a 117th minute goal.

Totti as a false 9 scored 28 goals for me.

I think I'll have my annual game at Nantes when I'm bored of Leicester. Veretout & Trebel are the young, French and poor mans Xavi & Iniesta.

Playing against the Barnet centre back tonight at 5 a side. He's played a few times for me in the past but I'm gonna give him some shit today as he wouldn't sign for Burton on my current save.

Veretout us alright but I don't really like Trebel. I really struggle with getting the African players mixed up lol

Djilobodji was a monster centre half. Lucas Deaux was the steadiest midfielder I've had in relation to the club's stature. He hardly ever got anything outside of 6.8-7.0.

My Valencia are away at Real Madrid in the second season. It's the semi-final of the Copa del Rey.

I've just gone to give my team-talk and the comments available are all references to the fact we're apparently the favourites to win. Wut?

Nope :/

Sacked from Halifax, got Southport promoted but gave up.

Then started a new save with Newcastle, sacked in December.

New save with Hertha Berlin - maybe I'm just awful.

Midway through the second season and sitting in 6th place. Absolutely delighted with the season so far.

Ashley Cole is a decent LB to pick up on a free at the end of the first season if possible.

Post your tactic, fluidity and mentality.

Third season, finished 3rd.

Missed out on the league by 2 points.

Gutting but considering I survived relegation based on goal difference last season I think it'd be an understatement to say I'm happy with that.

Lorenzo Crisetig is an absolute don. Hands down my favourite player on this and last years game.

Been offered £48M for Dybala by Juventus.

I have no idea what to do. I never get offers this good, on one hand it's a lot of money and I could sign a few class players but there are so few and far between on this game this year and he has become my little magician.

Negotiate for more over a period of instalments

Finished 2nd to Napoli in my 2nd season.

I've brought in Fierro & Dybala is joining at the end of the season.

They'll fit more into a 433 as posted by Finners earlier on.

Also got scuffet(sp) joining as I need a keeper.

Is there fluidity on FMH? I generally go for balanced and switch to defensive/attacking as the situation dictates. I went to Southport in 4th with a few games left, won the play-offs, consolidated to 16th in Conference Prem (favourites for relegation), went to Exeter in 4th with a few games left, won the play-offs and FA Trophy final they were in, now favourites for relegation in League 2 and I'm doing okay.
