Beliall Posted 24 April 2014 Posted 24 April 2014 Too Soon? Saw this on gamekeys https://www.gamekeysnow.com/keys/Football-Manager-2015 not sure id want to get this on release myself, maybe after the updates.
Dan Posted 24 April 2014 Posted 24 April 2014 Looks a bit... meh. Just me or does that game cover not look right? Or am I just deluding myself? The feature I want above all is the choice to start a game in May without signings rather than June/July with the real life signings and a crap budget.
Fox92 Posted 24 April 2014 Posted 24 April 2014 Never pre order but usually get it on day of release. Bit early isn't it? There's no content (information about what they're changing)?
Dan Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Out November 7th. Just been announced. New features; http://www.footballmanagerstory.com/fm-2015-new-features/ That Movember one made me laugh
MPH Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 ill probably end up getting this one. Time and money mean I missed out on last years....
General Smuts Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 What Movember one? I'll be getting this as always. Hope you can integrate editor changes into FMC at last. After the season's over I lose interest cos I can't update the new season into FMC.
Stadt Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Did anybody else go to the cinema? Unsurprisingly it was full of kingfoxes

After the season's over I lose interest cos I can't update the new season into FMC. Sorry, thought it would say in the link but it doesn't. They said that they work with charities, one of them is Movember and as part of an agreement, during November on the game, some re-gen players will be spotted growing moustaches
Stadt Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Potentially one person could have themself and their son in a side managed by themself
Tom's Pasta Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Think I'll get this one, haven't bought one for a few years. Just love the detail it goes into. Didn't Ole Gunnar Solskjaer say that he learned a lot of his managerial tactics from FM
Night Air Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 I've yet to see a stand-out feature like in previous releases, will probably get it on offer around Christmas, can't believe I actually bought it in beta last year...
lcfcsnow Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 Glad to see the skins been revamped, hopefully making it playable again. I'll never be happy until I can play the game like I used to though, these 3d graphics on matchday are too much and over complicates it all for me. Does anyone actually sit and watch all that crap every game?
Finnegan Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 I swapped to the 3D match engine eventually (just for you Ricey.) It takes some getting used to but it is more helpful than the classic view. That said, on 2013 I'm pretty sure you could still view 2d and 2d classic view. Surely you still can?

Finnegan Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 But then you don't get to see Ricey's handy work.
DB11 Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 I'll be getting this one, I haven't bought one the last few years (I said when Leicester are next in the Prem I'll get it!) however I did my FM14 in April when it was dirt cheap, couldn't resist at that price No free trial? Demo will be out a week before release
Stadt Posted 8 October 2014 Posted 8 October 2014 I'm guessing the lack of significant new features means that the match engine has been improved and a lot of other small improvements across the game. On the documentary they said they have ideas for 2016, 2017 and even 2018 so I'd imagine next year there will be a big new feature.

Ozwin Posted 13 October 2014 Posted 13 October 2014 This wait is killing me. I can't start a new game now
Collymore Posted 13 October 2014 Posted 13 October 2014 If you watch on from about 4 minutes, the bloke brags about how they have used or these senors to get super realistic movements. They then go on to show you how it all looks in the game and it looks absolutely shit still. 5:10 "the players now look less robotic and more human" as he is saying this, it looks like Robocop V Terminator in the background. I see no improvement at all, if anything it looks worse. Also, What's all this shite about the players reflecting light and dust particles in the atmosphere? Graham Souness soccer on my Amiga looked better!

Dan Posted 14 October 2014 Posted 14 October 2014 Never too arsed. I only have it on 2D anyway. I would like to see more variation in goals scored though. The amount of them where it's just played through to a wide man who hits it into the corner is unrealistic as well as the amount of times they shoot from a stupid angle and hit the side netting, where in real life 99% of the time they would cross.
