indierich06 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 My flatmate just got back from a three week tour of Thailand, he's a Villa fan but even he said that they're going mad for Leicester over there at the minute. He said there was loads of Leicester gear in the duty free shops in the airport (as you'd expect, with the King Power link) but apparently he saw - in his words - 'hundreds' of Thais walking round in City shirts while he was out there. Looks like we're the biggest club in Thailand now!

Looks like we're the biggest club in Thailand now! really that's changed in a couple of months then cause I was out there in Feb and its a tiny little bit in the airport and the only thing people said to me walking round with my Leicester shirts on was about the king power sponsor logo most of them out there support Liverpool, I hope it has changed as I am back off out there later this year

I think since PL status has been confirmed, there's been a lot more interest. They're absolutely mad for the Premier League over there.

My mate flew back in last week as well who is a villa fan and I just asked him he said the same it should be better from august whatever as more exposure now were in Prem
