After such a great season, were there any disappointments?

$ky moving the biggest day of the lot.

This. Not celebrating promotion at the ground was a shame.

Also, losing to Forest at home, hugely disappointing day.

We walked the league after spending too much money. Would have preferred it if it was done with a squad full of academy players rather than journeymen like Nugent.

He got that tap-in at Burnley as well that virtually secured promotion and put us clear in the title race.

Don't forget the fact he pushed the defender out the ground before he poked it into the empty net. Lucky

That in a season where things couldn't really have gone any better on the pitch, although I've enjoyed this season more than any in a long time, it's not brought me the joy that I think it would have done if I were a lot younger than I am now

Just people in the club trying to tie in football with the X Factor all the time and the Wednesday game being moved.

Pretty much perfect apart from that.

Personally I was disappointed we fielded such a weak team in the League Cup quarter final.

Thought we'd have given them a good game with a better eleven. Perhaps I ask too much.

Remember who we were playing after that though! League was clearly the priority and boy did it pay off.

For me

Thought Chris Wood had a stop start season and didn't really make the improvements expected

he is very highly rated by other clubs - the fact that we can use him in a bit part role tends to reinforce the stereotype that we are big spenders

That my son having been to nearly every home match, and plenty of a-ways for many, many years and especially after the last 10 years of shite couldn't go to more than a handful of games this season because of family commitments, meaning not only did he miss the a brilliant but I was on my own for so many games with no one to share the instant joy of winning.
