Corky Posted 20 October 2014 Posted 20 October 2014 I'm actually very surprised it's as good as that. Last season's effort overshadowed the season before, 7 wins. Remember they lost 5-0 at home to Barnsley
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 20 October 2014 Posted 20 October 2014 Since we don't have a thread for league one this'll do - how on earth is that not a penalty? https://vine.co/v/ObAiTBiWzL2 Cracking judo throw mind. We do have a thread for League One....
Guest Bilo Posted 20 October 2014 Posted 20 October 2014 Birmingham will finish bottom this season, I reckon. They were ridiculously fortunate to stay up last season, have no money to build up the team and attendances would suggest even the fans have given up. Blackpool are a car crash but have moderate talent in the squad, and we all know that Bolton and Fulham will improve considerably as the season progresses.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 20 October 2014 Posted 20 October 2014 Lee Clark has looked like somebody has told him his dog has just died before every post match interview for the last 12 months.
Unabomber Posted 20 October 2014 Posted 20 October 2014 Looked like me when you I thought you died via tinder mate.
reids Posted 20 October 2014 Posted 20 October 2014 Love the obvious bias, take the piss out of Watford for having 4 managers already and not a sniff about them being top.
Dan Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Last season's effort overshadowed the season before, 7 wins. Remember they lost 5-0 at home to Barnsley I think results like that give strength to an argument in points deductions for certain results. Anyone who manages to lose by 5 at home to them deserves to be relegated by default.
Danno Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Love the obvious bias, take the piss out of Watford for having 4 managers already and not a sniff about them being top.Because no one cares probably
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Love the obvious bias, take the piss out of Watford for having 4 managers already and not a sniff about them being top. I love obvious bias too, can we be pals?
MC Prussian Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Love the obvious bias, take the piss out of Watford for having 4 managers already and not a sniff about them being top. Now you know how we felt last season.
iamafox Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Birmingham have asked MK Dons permission to speak to Karl Robinson.
Fox92 Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Love the obvious bias, take the piss out of Watford for having 4 managers already and not a sniff about them being top. Did you forget most of your lot last season?
Guest Bilo Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Birmingham have asked MK Dons permission to speak to Karl Robinson. I can't see why he'd go there. There's every chance, unfortunately, that Franchise will be in a higher division than Birmingham next season.
iamafox Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 I can't see why he'd go there. There's every chance, unfortunately, that Franchise will be in a higher division than Birmingham next season. Apparently he said in the past that he won't leave MK Dons until he gets them promoted to the Championship. Maybe that's why he's turned down previous offers from other clubs.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Karl Robinson won't go anywhere while he knows he can continually bottle it with MK Dons and stay in a gig.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Exactly what I was going to say. The offer's he has previously turned down have been better than the Birmingham job, too. offer's what?
Lamby Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Beckford is so awful Quote from the BBC: before Beckford missed the ball when in front of goal.
Lamby Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Nice goal by Jackson tonight Lamby He always pops up with those important goals. Hopefully we'll play better than tonight on Friday night against Fulham. Missing 3/4 of our best players though at the moment, so hopefully they'll be back for Friday.
Bert Posted 21 October 2014 Posted 21 October 2014 Derby are pretty much mirroring what we've done in the past two seasons. Get there or thereabouts and then the season after kick on and dominate the league. They'll go up as champions.
Dan Posted 22 October 2014 Posted 22 October 2014 Definitely their year I think. In-fact I wouldn't rule out them spending the rest of the year in 1st. I'm convinced they're the best side in the league. Them and Watford top two for me.
