Lamby Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 What an absolute low for Brum. How great would it be to have Bournemouth in the Premier League though. It wouldn't be great. They're a L2 team punching above their weight, the sooner they get back to where they belong, the better.
iamafox Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Birmingham are so shit, there is no conceivable way they will survive in the Championship (again) after a major catastrophe like today.
johnny the fox Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Leeds sack another manager! so what..talk to the hand.. ha ha..
Super_horns Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Should have stick with Neil Refern who did well as caretaker..
Narborough_fox Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Should have stick with Neil Refern who did well as caretaker.. Been appointed permanently now.
Tuna Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Been appointed permanently now. Neil 'Relegation' Redfearn.
StanSP Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Southampton win 8-0 one week. Bournemouth win 8-0 the next week. Portsmouth's turn next week vs Carlisle at home?
Unabomber Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 Just saw Bournemouth won 8 - 0 away wow hey what a result for the cherries, forget popping Birminghams cherry, they ****ing raped the ***** corpses.
iamafox Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 Rowett will be confirmed as Birmingham's new manager tomorrow. Best of luck Gary
filbertway Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 Rowett will be confirmed as Birmingham's new manager tomorrow. Best of luck Gary Best of luck to him, done a very solid job at Burton and deserves a crack. Be interesting to see if he can have a similar effect as Lennon has had at Bolton.
Fox92 Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 Best of luck to him, done a very solid job at Burton and deserves a crack. Be interesting to see if he can have a similar effect as Lennon has had at Bolton. I agree. But don't you think he should have avoided Birmingham? It's not exactly a great club to be walking into at the minute. He could have quite easily been playing them next season as Burton manager in a league fixture.
Asha Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 I agree. But don't you think he should have avoided Birmingham? It's not exactly a great club to be walking into at the minute. He could have quite easily been playing them next season as Burton manager in a league fixture. Burton to Birmingham is enough of a step-up to warrant leaving. He's done a good job at Burton and got them in and around the play-offs for several years but still hasn't actually got them promoted. If things go well at Birmingham he could easily be managing two divisions higher next year than if he stays at Burton. In a way it's the perfect job for a young lower-league manager like Rowett. Birmingham clearly give their managers a bit of time (how many months ago should Clark have been canned!?) and it can't really get any worse than an 8-0 home defeat to Bournemouth. Wolves away is a great game to have next as well, perfect opportunity for the Birmingham players to give an account of themselves.
One Legged Beaver Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 Blackpool have sacked their manager, can't imagine anyone in their right mind would actually apply for that job.
Lamby Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 Blackpool have sacked their manager, can't imagine anyone in their right mind would actually apply for that job. Lee Clark has got it.
Nalis Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 It wouldn't be great. They're a L2 team punching above their weight, the sooner they get back to where they belong, the better. Bitter much?
iamafox Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 I actually feel sorry for Riga to be honest. He had his hands tied under the fact that Oyston has made Blackpool into a shambles and for a club that played in the top flight 3 seasons ago, they really are in trouble all of a sudden. And it couldn't get much worse if Clark takes over.
One Legged Beaver Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 Lee Clark has got it. Oh lord, and I thought his post match interviews at Birmingham were soul sucking!
AdamN Posted 27 October 2014 Posted 27 October 2014 Blackpool were the bookies favourites to go down for a reason. I doubt Riga could have done much better with the squad/resources at his disposal.
MC Prussian Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Remember that Brum fan that used to come on here? Ahh, Gary_Rowett. Quality bullshit poster. Always had that eloquent touch to him.
ScouseFox Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 i hate birmingham. dunno why. great to see them being reduced to such shite. apparently forest are trying to get tom ince on loan because he can't get in hull's team. should've signed for liverpool monaco or inter milan when he told everyone he had the chance really . inter milan orrrr forest? haha.
David Guiza Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Forest fans thinking they're nailed on for the title again because they're interested in Tom Ince.
iamafox Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Tom Ince loan move to Forest confirmed. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29830553
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Four clubs in the space of a year tells you everything, kid believed his own hype and it's bitten him on the arse.
