CosbehFox Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 Slavisa Jokanovic has won back to back league titles so is used to winning games. I know the championship (i assume) is a completely different league compared to the Serbian league but Watford may have just pulled off a masterstroke getting a young manager in who is used to winning trophies. Bit harsh on Mckinley but can understand why they have made the change. To be honest im getting a bit bored of the so called 'rivalry' between us so i wish them luck. would rather see Watford win the championship ahead of forest. You'll find McKinlay will have a new job (assistant manager) at Fulham in the coming days hence why Watford got rid.
Super_horns Posted 7 October 2014 Posted 7 October 2014 The most amazing thing about Watford is despite all of this, they're joint top And not really played that well either. All a sorry mess - it seems the Pozzos didn't fancy McKinlay as the manager and he didn't want to stick around to be a number 2. We'll see how it all pans out . I suspect Dyer didn't imaging all this when signing!
kingcarr21 Posted 9 October 2014 Posted 9 October 2014 Vote for Millwall's next away kit option 4 all the way
Leicfox Posted 10 October 2014 Posted 10 October 2014 Oyston's taking it to a new low at Blackpool... http://www.backhenrystreet.co.uk/thread-21976.html#.VDgWOvnF80I http://www.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/sport/blackpool-fc/karl-oyston-answers-fans-questions-full-transcript-1-6889546
johnny the fox Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Massive risk for his career.. lot of under performers there.
Jordan Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Lennon is going to have to make some loan moves now and do some serious business in January, because I cannot see him getting along with those players.
StanSP Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Fancy him to do a good job here. Much better than Freedman in my opinion.
ealingfox Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Still technically an unknown quantity in the game down here, but he did beat Barcelona with Celtic so I'm sure he's at least decent. Certainly seems a great appointment, if not a coup.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Can't see what can go wrong at Bolton for Neil with superstars like Beckford, Mills and Danns there as well!
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 He can't lose. They're shit already, they go down it's the classic sinking ship, he keeps them up he's a genius.
Matt Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Gonna go against the grain and say not sure Lennon will be any good. He did well with Celtic but it's hard to fail really isn't it (Although the chump in charge of Celtic atm seems to be struggling - quite funny tbh), he did ok in the CL with Celtic I guess but they were still only there to make the numbers up. We'll see, I just can't see him doing any good south of the border.
Rob1742 Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Difficult job for him at Bolton. A poisonous team that he will have difficulty changing. If he sorts this out, he is one hell of a manager. My money is on failure
Dan Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 He will do excellent to sort them out. They are a sinking ship in every sense.
Harry - LCFC Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Vote for Millwall's next away kit Did they not think that it might be hijacked if they opened it up to everyone? Stupid, stupid people. Luton Town also had a vote on club colours but they did it by emailing people with a history of buying tickets and asking them to vote. Much better way of doing it.
RowlattsFox Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Bolton are decent club to manage, if he can keep them up this year which I think he will then next year he's got an opportunity to do something. Still surprised he's gone for this job though.
Ozwin Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Still convinced Dougie Freedman is a Leicester fan.
One Legged Beaver Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Vote for Millwall's next away kit I'd be lying if I said I hadn't voted for option 4, although option 3 almost won my vote!
Dan Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Bolton aren't a good side to take over at the minute at all. They're an accident waiting to happen.
Jimothy Posted 12 October 2014 Posted 12 October 2014 Bolton aren't a good side to take over at the minute at all. They're an accident waiting to happen. They've signed Beckford, Danns and Mills and sit bottom of the Championship. I think the accident has already happened.
Rob1742 Posted 13 October 2014 Posted 13 October 2014 Bolton aren't a good side to take over at the minute at all. They're an accident waiting to happen. Totally agree. The poisonous players are on big money and won't be moving anytime soon. He will be restricted in his purchases due to what has been spent so far. I would assume he is on decent money at Bolton and that is the driving force for his decision, but this could well be his last managerial job. If he does well here, he is a seriously good manager
