You can't, unless DB11 knows how to, looks like you could be in for a Run in with Dell cust services!

You can but its a bit off hassle. You will probably have to pop the keyboard open and then check the connection. something you should only do if you know what you are doing. It could be worth looking on Google to see if there are any guides on how to do it if you're feeling brave - otherwise ring Dell and give them hassle!

Arrrgggh... Just cocked-up my PC.

Trid to put in a new Graphics card.... didn't work. But in the process of removing said Graphics card broke off one of the capacitors!?!? :nono:

PC still works with old Graphics card and missing capacitor... but and scared now... only problem I've found is mouse pointer is a bit unresponsive....

Help... ??!?

How unresponsive are we talking regarding the mouse? It's not the PRAM battery that's been knocked is it? Had a problem with mine a while back and it affected the peripherals

Got a question for you friendly technies lot

It is for my assignment, a clerk removed a hot swappable RAID0 hard drive and MBR file ends up corrupted. Data was lost as the result and I, a IT techinan is called in to fix the problem so I have to compose a report on methods to recover the data and the price for it. I had already talked about using online utility tools to diganose the problem and to recover the data etc. However I'm sure that my lecturer is looking for more than that so can someone tell me about any alternative solutions if there is any.

I have nokia pc suite on my computer. I'd like to remove it but when I do, i cant connect to the internet anymore. I think the solution may be simple but I'm not good with computers. Please help!

Start > Control Panel > Addremove programs or uninstall a program

When i download a music filme of the internet it used to save as an mp3 file and go straight into i-tunes for example but ow it saves as an HTML document with an internet explorer icon. Don't suppose anyone knows what the problem. Thanks :) .

What are you using to download the music files?

Using that code: index.of"(mp3|mp4|avi) and then the band on google then right click the song and save target as. Usually just use itunes but was looking to download quite a few albums and they cost to much <_< .

Use www.dvdvideosoft.com . Should rectify all your problems and needs :thumbup:

BSM theory disc used to work fine but now run time error 481 invalid picture is bugging it up, I know a registry tool is need to check for any errors and fix it so I found a website called topregistry something but when I downloaded it, Windows Defender said it is a high risk file so that put me off, I was wondering anyone use a trusted registry cleaner tool?

The registry is designed to never need 'cleaning'.

Can someone help me with this please?

I havent been on my computer in my room in ages I turned it on yesterday for the first time in ages, it comes up with this message(below), I know normally it says if you dont want to run the check press any key however i'm not getting the chance to skip the check it just stays on either 1, 2 or 3 perecent and freezes at that point is there anyway I could skip this check?

Windows will now check the disk.

CHKDSK is verifying files (stage 1 of 3)...
