DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 29 July 2014 Posted 29 July 2014 No, bloke is clearly either on the wind up (having seen his other posts that's probably the case) or has been out of the country for two years. Pearson has been proved 100% correct on the point of getting rid of the "names", there is no point to be made anymore with regards not handling good players. They were simply shit, hence Bolton being utter dog turd. I do agree, but doubting comes through thought assimilation. We all see things differently, but yearn for the perfect solution.
5waller5 Posted 29 July 2014 Posted 29 July 2014 Hindsight has shown us that the "big names" weren't such big names after all and that Pearson just didn't rate them as highly as their previous manager, the contracts they were on, or the egos that they had .... so he was right to ship them out.
Nalis Posted 29 July 2014 Posted 29 July 2014 So of the 6 pages on the Holtby thread there's what, 4 posts on the player himself?
LCFC2429 Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 What big names has he been unable to handle? Pearson will rather sign a less talented player like ulloa than somebody like gomis cause incase his silly dressing room gets 'disrupted'
Ric Flair Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 Pearson will rather sign a less talented player like ulloa than somebody like gomis cause incase his silly dressing room gets 'disrupted' What proof have you got of that you little urchin? He's actually said this summer he's willing to sign problematic characters if it improves the quality of the side. You're believing a myth because Pearson has got rid of shit houses like Beckford and Danns. How can you question his transfer policy when we've been so successful under him? Prat.
Callabinho Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 My pal who's a spurs fan, says that their ITK fella has said Spurs are going to use him in a deal to try and get Jay Rodriguez and or Morgan schiderwhastisface. He thinks his agent (as per) is trying to ruffle a few feathers, says we've not shown any interest in him.

Yes I would say that the main problem is attracting players. Pearson would sign someone quality in a heartbeat if they would actually come and respect our wage structure, even if they were a bit of a Maverick. Just think of the devastation that the filter "only interested players" can cause on FM. The only time Pearson's patience may have affected his decision was with Max Gradel. He then eventually signed Tony and Mahrez though so he still turned in his chair smoking a big fat cigar saying "I told you so"
Alexikokopops Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 The use of "a women" when talking about a single woman always has me howlin'
Collymore Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 Roger was always my favorite Bond. no one else could womanise and shoulder chop like our Roger.
1972 Fox Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 Pearson will rather sign a less talented player like ulloa than somebody like gomis cause incase his silly dressing room gets 'disrupted' You obviously don't realise that the main reason behind our success under Pearson has been the complete unity in his "silly" dressing room.

Also this silly 30k wage cap because some players might cry if there not paid as much forcing us to buy worse players as we can not tempt big players with money
MC Prussian Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 Also this silly 30k wage cap because some players might cry if there not paid as much forcing us to buy worse players as we can not tempt big players with money The old silly mishap mistaking "cheap" for "bad". The transfer market's a funny affair, anyway. There's no guarantee "big" signings have the desired effect. What gets you results as a (newly-promoted) club is team spirit, dedication and unity.
lestajigs Posted 30 July 2014 Posted 30 July 2014 So of the 6 pages on the Holtby thread there's what, 4 posts on the player himself? Flipping hell mate, try the deeney thread , 12000000000 pages 2 posts lol
