Stan, I like you mate but if someone has signed, they have signed. They haven't signed 'at the time' and then become miraculously 'still in ongoing talks'. Subjectve I know but possibly based upon amount of confident posts, points for validation story, source teases and amount of mugs who were sucked in? Could be interesting reading

Could be interesting reading My guess is that if we'd give 2 points for getting a new signing correct and 1 for any other "inside" club news, anyone with 2 points would be a runaway winner.

Even if this guy arrives by space ship tonight he will take time to settle and have no real impact for several weeks or months. Why didn't we sort all signings over the summer so they could integrate with the team! crickey you're right...if only everybody else had your insight...better get on to Nige and give him this nugget pronto

We're going to need a centre half and a central midfielder pronto.

Why didn't we sort all signings over the summer so they could integrate with the team! We got 3 players in whilst some teams were still playing last season. Sometimes the players you want aren't available or terms can't be agreed. He's not getting a whole new squad in, much better that it is just one or two more signings.
