I hope I'm not alone when I say this but I think that has made me feel a bit down the last couple of hours is the fact that there was so much build up to today earlier this week by a number of people and then nothing. Don't get me wrong, more fool me and others who took it as gospel (teach me to do that again) but I just cannot fathom half of the stuff we have heard since around Monday afternoon to earlier today with definitive detail if none of it were true? I guess all we can do now is sit, wait and hope (like the old days) - sadly. Still, there have been some positive reports over the last 48 hours in newspapers etc and Nigel even said we continue our pursuit so who knows?

Yes it was. One of the great "big man, little man" strike forces! a bit like Dzeko/Aguero but with more finesse, and Phil Gee's highlighted mullet........the stuff of legends.
