jayfox26 Posted 16 August 2014 Posted 16 August 2014 Without sounding negative, I don't fancy our chances now with Hammond and king playing. So unfortunate to have so many injuries so early. We desperately need 3-4 new players soon! I think we can write off the first few games but need to be ready for when we play the middle/bottom teams!

I know that mind sound harsh considering the few injuries we have to our key players and some deals, like this one seem to drag on and on - but we have had the whole summer to get in more players even if it is for loan deals from the top clubs etc. Just feeling a bit underwhelmed by our dealings and also surprised! On one hand it shows we have faith in our squad that got us promoted, on the other, it shows a lack of ambition or naivety. Hope this deal goes through very soon and then another 3-4 please fast!
