It annoys me if this is true, it's only ****ing West Ham! They are no bigger or better than we are, yes they are currently more established in the prem but thats it. If Chelsea or Spurs came in fair enough but west ham! We have offered him a deal, no trial, no bullshit but he would still rather go to West Ham despite their doubts on his ability and fitness. Well good luck to you Esteban, have fun at ****ing West Ham or QPR or whichever wank London club you end up at!

West Ham are much, MUCH bigger than us. How deluded are you?

If it does fall through I can't wait til Nige comes out and lays his shit on the table. I'm betting it'll make him look a right ****.

Woah there much, MUCH is a bit much.

Noticeably perhaps but they aint Man Utd. They aint even Chelsea.

But we already know that he isn't in England...

He was allegedly in England on Saturday and posted that video on sunday...

Id rather us sign nabil bentaleb, permanent or loan. It makes much more sense to me to sign young talent, plus he is algerian like riyad. If we get a spanish speaking player, I would prefer one who is a decent LB. Cambiasso took too long, and we should have been able to make two or three signings if this debacle never happened.

I don't see things through blue-tinted specs but I have to disagree that West Ham Utd are a much or even noticeably bigger club than Leicester City.

I've been trying to keep up with the latest news and it's all xxxx. just get some players in we need them and fast. Ok we have got a strong squad that will be more than good enough to stay up, but not while they are injured. If cambiasso actually signs for us(not likely) and we get a good midfielder that can distribute the ball well, by the end of the week then bring it on ars-nil

And why do you think he is available?  He is incredibly well thought of at spurs.

It's easy to see why the club is pissed off, his whole bloody family is over here representing him. From monitoring a conversation it seems they are still locked in negotiations, he is in the country because he was out in London last night with his brother for a meal.

I'd imagine it will be resolved today, seems like he's been given a yes/no decision to make. Seems like it's a big decision for him though, naturally he is wary of joining us due to the possibility we could go down, the hurdle I'm guessing is the release clause.

I genuinely thought this would happen. Will be amazed if it does now, time to move on. Was at the Sunderland match yesterday for my mates birthday and Will Buckley had a really good first half - must be one or two from the championship that could do a job - Scott Parker?

Yeee pull a couple from the Championship

Liam Bridcutt from Brighton is a Pearson signing...

What about Will Hughes, why is he still at Derby!?

Lewis McGugan?

James McArthur?

wrong thread.  Should be in the possible signings thread please.

Back on topic, concerned that this whole charade may be an indicator of our naivety in conducting transfer dealings in Europe. Anyway, nothing known for certain yet but I wonder had we got Zahavi or costa in our corner if we would have been messed around with.

Sometimes swallowing a principle and spending a couple hundred grand can save you in the longer term.

Sorry boss..

If you have a look up the thread you will see I was just participating in the conversation.

Anyhow. Enjoy your day.

Nah, Will Hughes is the best CM in the world. He wont move for anything less than £30m.

According to Sky Sports, anyway.

I am sure an official source will clarify this one way or the other today or tomorrow, have to say, I am very surprised that NP is stilltrying for a deal. We all know NP doesn't mess around, so his stance on this deal is somewhat surprising. However, I know NP will get it right and this week I think we will see some quality added.

The truth is none of us know exactly what is going on. You can't blame a player for wanting the best deal so let's just chill and is we get Cambiasso then see it as a suprising bonus.
