Cambiasso's in then he's out in out in out shakes us all about!

Thing is, from a neutral point of view, what incentive is there to join Leicester?

He's coming from Inter, having previously played for Real Madrid, what are we to him? A new premiership club, sure we have ambition but I can see why he'd be skeptical.

We're hardly offering him big bucks too, so that's not even an added incentive.

He isn't the player he was a few years ago either or else a "big" club would be in for him

Fvck the tw*t off

No wonder he is such a great midfielder he can be in 2 places in the same time Harrods buying handmade Turkish carpet and in Milan too, wow

I really can't understand these 'big' players... Surely of there that big in the first place they don't need to carry on playing for money... It's just purely greed.

I'd move on now... This whole senerio has been a joke and is wager that we wouldn't play at 100% anyway.

Onwards and upwards... We shouldn't try and sign these big name players they never work... We should sign players that then make their name with us... Ala drinky... Morgan

Time to move on, like others have said if he wanted to come here he would have done it already. I hope Nigel has a few aces up his sleeve as we are only a few players short of a decent season.

First of alll, you were kidding yourself if you thought he was going to run down his contract at Inter to only sign for us.

Secondly, hes a household name for a football fan, hes bound to have significant demands.

Hes realised that we're the only ones available but he was hoping for more money. If he wants to drag it out then sod him, but if he says 'go on then' then weve bagged a gem.

Quite.

I would be delighted if he signed but my current mindset is that we should just tell him to find another club and spend our time finding someone else.

There's having significant demands, and then there's agreeing to join a club but then changing your demands after this - **** him. If what Geoff Peters has said is true then I've got no interest anymore and neither should we. He's undoubtedly been a class player but I don't want us to look like sell-outs by giving in to cunty moves like that.

Totally agree, im only considering this signing if he agrees to our current offer.

The deal to bring Esteban Cambiasso to #LCFC was all agreed but now in serious doubt as player/agents believed to have changed their demands

Cambiasso not thought to have any other offers on the table; #LCFC holding firm, sticking to the deal all parties were originally happy with

The Cambiasso deal is not dead but I understand #LCFC are not prepared to wait much longer and are already working on other midfield options

Might still happen but the clock is ticking.

Have you not read what Geoff said? It's over!

Very frustrating. I still think it will happen though as what's his alternative? I obviously don't know, but would expect this all originates from agents/representatives more than the player.

Was really excited at the prospect of getting this guy, now I couldn't give a toss if he comes or not... just hope we haven't wasted our efforts on him! Look elsewhere NP, Este-boy is being a douche!  :nigel:

Move on, like I said yesterday we can't afford to go another week negotiating and getting nowhere.

Just taking the piss now.
