Lamby Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Do they sell booze at the tailgate? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk It's not a Tailgate, it's a Fan Plaza, and they should be, no one really knows for defo. I just pop to the offy around the corner by the bookies and get a few cans there and stand up outside Wembley looking down at the Fan Plaza. £1.30 for a can compared to £5 for a pint.
syston_fox Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Do they sell booze at the tailgate? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk They have at every one so far. There's usually a few Budweiser stands dotted around the place. Hoping for a Falcons win due to being a Packers fan but disappointed that we're not likely to see Megatron.

syston_fox Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 Megatron might play, the decision will be made close to kick off. Might but unlikely. If the coach has any sense then he won't play him. Still in the hunt for the play offs so why risk further damage by rushing him back?
General Smuts Posted 25 October 2014 Posted 25 October 2014 For the price of the ticket Megatron better transform. I'll obviously be after a Falcons win as well Tadders. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jordan Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 Falcons vs Lions kicks off at 9:30 here (6:30 on the West Coast). AGAINST MODERN FOOTBALL!
Bamba's Babes Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 In the queue for a scarf. Best tailgate yet!
bovril Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 Anybody watch College Football? They show it live on Eurosport and I'm starting to enjoy it much more than the pro stuff.

That said, I refuse to go out of my way to watch college football because I believe the NCAA's "student-athlete" model is an unfair labor market that greatly expoits the players. I especially believe this to be so when I consider how much revenue the big programs generate, and how young players of any other sport have many more options than football players to either go pro or make money off their own image.
Matt Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 Didn't realise the Yanks were back in Wembley this weekend, we've got this idea partly to blame for the proposal of taking the PL abroad imo, don't get me wrong the idiots at the FA didn't have to follow the idea but this put the idea in their heads, it planted the seed. What are Yanks opinions of bringing games over here, anyone know?
Soar Fox Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 Do people seriously enjoy watching this? I just turned over to channel 4 and watched about 2 minutes and in that time it must have stopped at least 7 times.
General Smuts Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 So is Redzone basically soccer Saturday? If Soccer Saturday only showed footage in the run up to the penalty area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Beliall Posted 26 October 2014 Posted 26 October 2014 I saw Draft Day back in May in a preview, we were the first people in the UK to see it Oh. I saw it illegally on my laptop last week. First person in my house to see it.
Bert Posted 26 October 2014 Author Posted 26 October 2014 I saw Draft Day back in May in a preview, we were the first people in the UK to see it Well done!
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Big game for the Cowboys tonight and they are struggling against the Skins aggressive D.
Bert Posted 6 November 2014 Author Posted 6 November 2014 Next years Wembley games announced: Dolphins v Jets Bills v Jags Lions v Chiefs. Will get tickets for Lions/Chiefs. Hopefully Johnson will play this time and then you've got Jamaal Charles as well.
syston_fox Posted 6 November 2014 Posted 6 November 2014 ****ing shite games. Two of the three should be decent games and let's face it, the jags game is likely to suck regardless of who they play. Nfl want a less glamorous game to see if the demand really is there
Matt Posted 7 November 2014 Posted 7 November 2014 England boss Roy Hodgson has questioned the Football Association's decision to allow an NFL game to take place at Wembley six days before his side's Euro 2016 qualifier against Slovenia. Sunday's match between Jacksonville Jaguars and Dallas Cowboys is the third NFL match at Wembley this year. "I don't really think you could expect me to say 'excellent, delighted, well done'," said Hodgson. "If I was asked if it was a good thing or not, I would have to say not." I'm with you Woy, not because of England (I couldn't really give a **** as regards that) I just don't think games should be played here, there's another one this weekend I see!
