Bert Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Lets face it, English fans are ****ing wank. The worst in Europe.Which is quite ironic seeing as when it comes to internationals, we've easily got the best fans.
MATLCFC Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Which is quite ironic seeing as when it comes to internationals, we've easily got the best fans. I guess you are joking here!? A half full Wembley stadium and a brass band that went out of fashion in the early 90s....
Dan Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Which is quite ironic seeing as when it comes to internationals, we've easily got the best fans. I'm going to assume you've never been to Wembley. Our travelling support is as good as they come, I'll give us that. Our domestic clubs have crap fans compared to pretty much all in Europe. Ours were very good at the start of this season but it's since been proven to be a flash in the pan. It's been absolutely shit since we went two down at Palace.
LCFCCKEANO Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Home support in the UK is shit and will always be shit due to heavy handed authorities etc, however i would say away day culture and away fans here are the best in the world easily, so its balances itself out
Dan Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Away fan culture I agree is decent but still could be a hell of a lot better. Leicester aren't the only ones by any stretch. Funnily enough I always think our ground sounds one of the noisier on MOTD.
Dan Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Jose Mourinho hits out at Chelsea fans: 'It feels like we're playing in an empty stadium' http://t.co/X0mCaQ8QYHhttp://t.co/n93dhvpo4O Face facts, every home ground support is toss. The away support from any top club is quality due to numbers of singers/ drinkers situated together plus any points gained on the road are a bonus. Ira a Sad fact but home support in majority of clubs in all leagues is Piss poor. Good on him. People might actually care if someone respected in the game thinks it's gone dour in that respect. No doubt he'll be met with backlash despite him being spot on.
Foxes1 Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Better than Burnley at least. West Brom outsung us easily. We'll outsing them when we go there. That's what away fans do. I sit in 'G' block and the only time I heard the WBA fans all game was when they scored otherwise they were poor.
Ashley Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 I guess you are joking here!? A half full Wembley stadium and a brass band that went out of fashion in the early 90s.... Think he was referring to Leicester fans travelling with England. Most supported club with the national team.
Raj Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 if jose can hammer chelsea fsns who are top and man.u fans at home are renowned for being quiet what chance we home fans got. This is modern football...deal wiv it!!!!
Soup Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 if jose can hammer chelsea fsns who are top and man.u fans at home are renowned for being quiet what chance we home fans got. This is modern football...deal wiv it!!!! The last line is a joke right?
GingerrrFox Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 The last line is a joke right? He's got a point with ticket prices as they are at clubs like Chelsea the traditional vocal football support is dying as people struggle to fork out £50 a game or £700+ for a season ticket.
Captain... Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 The goal knocked us flat yesterday, we tried to get behind the lads after the goal, but I was in shock. Then we started getting on their backs, which disappointed me, there was no need to get all irate because we were forced back to Kasper. We've seen it before with some of these players we get on their backs and they go into their shells.
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 Terrible in the Kop. Playes being abused and boo'd, jeering and complaining at every misplaced or backwards pass. Some serious oafs about. I don't mind not singing, but creating that negative atmosphere just puts more pressure on the players.
kingcarr21 Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 The fans in the kop having a go at Foster with Foster giving it back was quite funny
chris_lcfc_85 Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 What i will say on this is a follows: 1. Fans singing Ulloa's name while he's sat sub will do no favours for our strikers on the pitch. 2. Ironic cheers when Nugent went off from certain people, thats poor! 3. The loud chorus of boo's at our first home loss was disappointing. I was as frustated as anyone but we certainly gave everything in terms of effort. 4. Only positive is we did try and encourage alot 2nd half even 1-0 down
Bamba's Babes Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 We lost because the fans were rubbish. We take full responsibility for the own goal.

Corky Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 We lost because the fans were rubbish. We take full responsibility for the own goal. Has anyone said that? There are several threads talking about the game and our performance/ manager/ tactics. I think we can take some credit for the comeback against Man United, our crowd made a racket and I believe it lifted the players, on Saturday the fans generally were crap. Booing for a pass back to the keeper (only pass on) after 55 minutes? Superb stuff.

Almost as good as when they had a go at Vardy and Nugent for not chasing a lumped ball over the top when they were clearly both offside.
theessexfox Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 Didn't hear boos of any significance or length.
LCFC Rennie Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 Boos at the end were ridiculous. Made me want to snap my season ticket in half.
