Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 I thought we did ok up until they scored, more than held out own. Konch was poor and made a huge mistake putting Carroll in. They were better than us all over the pitch after that, and their 2nd was class. You can analyse it all you like but it was just a great strike. Hamer did well I thought, and Schluup looked better at LB when Konch went off, making some good tackles and his pace helped is out. At the moment we just are good enough. Thought as fans we were good until they got their 2nd and sadly the highlight was steward 007 falling over!

The other side are already in the showers True, but at the same time we don't seem to be interesting in turning the screw and going for it until the opposition are starting to plan what CD to listen to on the drive home. As they start to take the foot off we'll get more chances, but we'd get more if we pressed the issue when the points are still up for grab.

I'd say todays performance was about our worst of the season - people saying it's ok, we didn't get hammered? So ****ing what? We cannot play football. It's embarassing to watch it really is. Can't string passes together, hoofball from the back, sh*t in front of call. Incoherant load of dross. Not blaming Pearson by the way - I'm blaming the team. 2 points in 36 and people want to talk about 'if we could just..' and 'We can still stay up...' - Get real.
