AspectFox Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 Today is a sad day. The freedom of expression has been oppressed by a faceless entity with no reasoning as to why. If you are an isolated voice amongst the sycophantic drone, you will be deleted in the blink of an eye. This ideal is what those poor souls at Charlie Hebdo tried to fight against, having the right to sketch something without punity. Those poor souls paid with their lives because the freedom to do their jobs was taken away from them by someone with the same views as a FT Moderator. Hang your head in shame Moderator. I suspect I know who it was too.
AspectFox Posted 11 January 2015 Author Posted 11 January 2015 I hope someone deletes this thread. It didn't require a response from you, let alone an infantile one!
AspectFox Posted 11 January 2015 Author Posted 11 January 2015 In before the lock / deletion. Whilst said in jest it clearly shows that deletions are common place!
Rincewind Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 I have seen POV from many angles no oppression. Some may be OTT and offensive. That could be the reason they were removed.

Littered with profanity and personal insults, maybe the only justified reasons on a public forum to delete a post. POV from a personal standpoint with no-one in particular being targeted, most definately not! Sensitivity of the reader is certainly not an acceptable reason.
Vacamion Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 Whilst said in jest it clearly shows that deletions are common place! Threads where the OP displays a massive lack of any sense of perspective, inviting criticism from other forum users sometimes do end up getting deleted. Equating in such melodramatic terms restrictions on (and threats to) free speech around the world with whatever goes on in a football discussion forum is, frankly, inviting ridicule. Good luck with your campaign, though...

ScouseFox Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 I have seen POV haven't we all rincey. one of my fav genres tbh.
Captain... Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 HAHHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHHHAHAHAHAAAHHAHAHAH!!!!! I love how serious people take the internet. This has mad me feel a lot less hungover.

Someone doesn't like something = Delete/ Kill* Delete as appropriate*
AspectFox Posted 11 January 2015 Author Posted 11 January 2015 What did you post that was removed? Nothing of any real great importance to be fair, but the sensitive nature of one of mummy's little soldiers on here was clearly offended.
MooseBreath Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 I'm guessing it's 'the blue moon' and whoever is behind that and 'babylad' and whatever else
AspectFox Posted 11 January 2015 Author Posted 11 January 2015 I'm guessing it's 'the blue moon' and whoever is behind that and 'babylad' and whatever else MooseBreath. I am a lone wolf my friend, I don't hide behind an alias or multiple identities.
Charl91 Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 I can say "I was there" on this historic occasion.
MooseBreath Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 MooseBreath. I am a lone wolf my friend, I don't hide behind an alias or multiple identities. Why don't you explain what happened and we the general chat public can be the judge? It would be a shame if you have become a genuine victim of those on here who like to hound the referee to get others sent off.
AspectFox Posted 11 January 2015 Author Posted 11 January 2015 I would be ostracised in a heart beat if I dare repeat what I typed! Perhaps the internet as a whole needs to use it's own language, maybe without vowels or Lorem Ipsum. People cant be offended then and moderators will be surplus to requirements
StanSP Posted 11 January 2015 Posted 11 January 2015 It didn't require a response from you, let alone an infantile one! Why are you restricting purpleronnie's freedom of speech? Expected better from you.
