elangLCFC Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 Will somebody please teach this guy how to kick the ball under pressure?
johnny the fox Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 had nothing to do with our defeat today..
DB11 Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 Maybe it's Pearson's excuse now to put Schwarzer in?
cityfanlee23 Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 had nothing to do with our defeat today.. Didn't help out attack did it.... Needs to work on it this week... But on the flip side I think his distribution is normally better than kaspers... His height and pace is usually perfect for us to win headers, ulloa for example today... Jasper just lofts it a mile into the sky with no pace.
Spicer Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 He wasn't a problem really today. But his distribution is poor.
lgfualol Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 Schmeichel is teaching him how to kick the ball. Not Hamer's fault.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 There's thought behind it, just the execution isn't there. Got to work on that and it will be a massive benefit. Actually think he thinks before our players most the time, he's looking to release it and our players are just standing around.
GaelicFox Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 Even he lands it on a 5p piece every kick or throw we still loose today He has been solid enough
kingfox Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 His kicking has been a total shambles every week he has played.

A few times today we had players in acres of place and he delayed, delayed and delayed then eventually booted out of play
Guest ttfn Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 His kicking has been a total shambles every week he has played. Today was especially bad though. One in particular stands out where Lawrence was in about 20 yards of space, he looked up, saw him, waited for a few seconds (by which time Lawrence was marked) and booted it over his head for a throw in.
Unabomber Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 Needs replacing asap, absolute liability. We are in the premier league not some ****ing hipster beard winner takes all comp. No wonder Nigel wants rid of him.
DennisNedry Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 His distribution was poor but he did pull off a world class save. Every long ball and set piece may have well been kicked straight out today, Stoke were dominant in the air.
Dynamogoon Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 What might help is stupid so called leicester fans jeering him. Obviously the way to improve his kicking is to get on his back. Why would you do that go our own player? No wonder we can't sign who we want. I wouldn't come to play for us
TheUltimateWinner Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 Really? A few times today we had players in acres of place and he delayed, delayed and delayed then eventually booted out of play Probably mixed bag in that case then, sometimes ahead sometimes behind. Today was especially bad though. Would have been good call if Lawrence didn't let it bounce two times

lukedlcfc Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 Better than Kasp in every department except kicking, easily worked on

His kicked the odd ball into touch in recent games, but today he did it about four-five times. I actually feel sad as well, instead of talking about that World Class save he made, we are here rightfully talking about his horrendous kicking. Shame real shame.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 had nothing to do with our defeat today.. He wasn't a problem really today. But his distribution is poor. Of course it's a problem. If you don't have the ball you can't score. If your keeper punts the ball into touch on five occassions without any pressure on him then guess what? It gives the opposition the ball! Can't recall a time I've ever watched a Premier League game and seen a keeper kick the ball out of play so often under no pressure. It just doesn't happen and these are the fine margins at the moment which show we just don't have the required quality in all departments.
Matt Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 I've never had a problem with Hamer's kicking until today infact it's actually wound me up the amount of people who have jumped on Hamer's kicking when they have so blatently ignored and put up with Schmeichel's kicking for so long without mentioning it. Today I have no arguement, Hamer's kicking was awful though.
Dan Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 His distribution is the worst I've seen of a goalkeeper at this level. Other than that I don't think he's bad.
GorlestonFox Posted 17 January 2015 Posted 17 January 2015 I'm guessing blue is a succesfull pass, red unsuccessful?
