Guest Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 I got some shit off a gobby little 18year old for sticking up for Kramaric. He was screaming "get that lazy twat off, and bring on Vardy!!) Honestly think half our fans are absolutely clueless Anyone criticizing Kramaric yday is clueless yes.. led a hopeless cause as well as he could stuck up there with long balls being hoofed to him.
Matt Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Kramaric didn't/doesn't spend enough time in the box, which just proves the point I made about him being a pointless signing, he's have to create for himself, that's no good, that limit's his chances for a start, he needs creation, he can only do so much, I have 100% faith he has the skill inside the box but he's not strong enough to take the ball near the half way line and run with it. No creation bought = Kramaric a pointless signing.

Matt Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Two goals in two starts? Good, but it'll soon dry up through poor creation. This isn't aimed at Kramaric (It's aimed at poor creation) but Kramaric could/would be scoring more than that if the service was of a higher quality. That goes for all our striker (Even Nugent ). The strikers are not the problem it's there service and quality of creation and then well god help us when it comes to defending.
ramboacdc Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 the kramarić debate shouldnt be whether he is shit or not. it is who can support him. felt for the poor guy on his todd up there. he had the ball twice and got caught in possession. Schlupp was awful yesterday though. when he passed to the inside jogged on then stopped to pull his socks up! jesus i was close to murder!

So we're relying on 1 player to provide are we? Again Mahrez has been great, can't fault him, probably 1 of only a few players (Infact possibly the only player) who can hold his head high and say he is Premiership quality, what about the rest of them.
Wrighty22 Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 The worst part about yesterday like it is most away days are the absolute cnuts in concourse who throw beer around spraying it over all sorts of people from children to elderly women. Dirty runts. I had the cnut of all cnuts behind me yesterday. Made a bad day worse having to listen to him shouting shit all game. Hopefully he died on the way home.

BoyJones Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Just made the 1522 home yesterday by 90 seconds. That would have just about topped off one of the worst FA cup away days for some years (and there have been plenty). Sadly just about the whole coach had reservations "Birmingham Leicester", but the carriage was 80% empty - loads of fans must have missed the train. Back to the game, it was a strange atmosphere from the outset. Some singing, but I think our slow start and Mahrez's awful first corner set the tone. James was unlucky with that shot and a better contact from Was might have sent the ball inside the post. Too many players just didn't turn up which IMO got through to fans. No matter how much you cheered in your heart of hearts you knew the team were just going through the motions. I thought Mayrez, Schlupp (apart from the cross), James (apart from shot), the keeper and Wes were atrocious. No amount of support yesterday was gonna make them up their tempo and game. I don't blame our supporters for being quieter than normal, the gutless display and lack of substitutes / change of approach just drained the hope out of them. Missing my first game in a while on Sunday, be nice not to have a crap journey home for a change. Just an extra few drinks in the pub.
Voll Blau Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 I'll put this one down to a shit kick of time Sorry, not having that. Everyone was just starting on the booze earlier than they would have for a 3pm Saturday. Plenty going off in the pub and concourse before the game to suggest it would have been a good atmosphere. Only ourselves to blame for the fact it wasn't.
SpacedX Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 I had the cnut of all cnuts behind me yesterday. Made a bad day worse having to listen to him shouting shit all game. Hopefully he died on the way home. No, I survived the M6 and was back in Leicester by 3.45p.m.
Guest Col city fan Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Does ANYONE know why we aren't playing Albrighton? I agree with Scouse above (shudder...), the onus to create anything is all on Mahrez. That's a lot for a young bloke like him. Why are we not playing Albrighton to at least run at defences and to cross the bloody ball?
Fox92 Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Didn't think we were that loud either. In parts we were but not consistently. But then again I'm not surprised with the performance, I think everybody was equally as frustrated.

Dirty runts. Agree. I'm all for creating a good atmosphere in the concourse but throwing beer around is mindless and idiotic. It's the casual teens who are keen for that and it does my head in

Monsell1976 Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Watching the Preston game, yes they lack the quality, but **** me I wish our players would show the commitment and fight that Preston have
Harry - LCFC Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Watching the Preston game, yes they lack the quality, but **** me I wish our players would show the commitment and fight that Preston have They do. It's been very rare this season that the players haven't fought hard to get something from the game. I think it's a bit of a shame people mistake our poor results for a lack of dedication or spirit. See QPR in the 12/13 season for a real example of what you're accusing our players of.

I cannot figure why we're not using Mahrez and Albrighton on either wing with Schlupp and DeLaet backing them up. This would give us both more attacking and defensive options.
Monsell1976 Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 They do. It's been very rare this season that the players haven't fought hard to get something from the game. There has been a couple of games I have questioned the player/ players effort, but to be fair pal, I was commenting on the effort in the cup against villa. Not all but a lot of them looked like they were out for a Sunday stroll.

Adster Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 We always say this. Then we go and put in a horrendous performance and lose narrowly 1 or 2-0. Don't see any reason it won't happen again, Villa are shit. But that doesn't matter if we don't play like we know we can. Which we do far too often after "playing well but losing". Told you.
Dan Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 Preston's players definitely looked more up for it than we did at Villa.
