The Doctor Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 I've got us, hull, Sunderland and qpr all on 28 points going into the final day, two behind Burnley.

Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 Got us to get 34 but we went down on Goal Difference to Hull after they nabbed a home draw to United on the final day and Sunderland won at the Bridge to keep themselves up too.

Max Power Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 I have us staying up with a hilarious 30 points. Maybe it's not a lost cause!

Ok
m4DD0gg Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 Cant believe people think we will actually win games at home to West Ham and away to Burnley
Guest kristianity77 Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 I've just done this, trying to be as honest as possible even considering how awful we are and somehow, we stay up with 31 points. What?! Hull 33 Leicester 31 Sunderland 30 Burnley 29 QPR 29 Incidentally I thought our points would come from: Wins: Burnley (A) Newcastle (H) QPR (H) Draws: West Ham (H) Swansea (H) Sunderland (A) Defeats: West Brom (A) Southampton (H) Chelsea (H)
Guest kristianity77 Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 So Hull are only going to pick up another 4 points and we're going to pick up 14 points from our remaining games. Ok We might not pick up 14 but Hulls run in is horrible in fairness. Swansea (A) Southampton (A) Liverpool (H) Palace (A) Arsenal (H) Burnley (H) Spurs (A) Man Utd (H) They could quite conceivably go all the way through to Burnley without picking up another point. I only put them down for 5 more points this season. But unfortunately thats probably enough to steer them clear.
lcfcfoz Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 So Hull are only going to pick up another 4 points and we're going to pick up 14 points from our remaining games. Ok That's being generous, how many points do you think they will get? And from what game's?
kingfox Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 So Hull are only going to pick up another 4 points and we're going to pick up 14 points from our remaining games. Ok You think that's bad, I just did it and have Hull only picking up 1 more point With ourselves finishing 16th.

Donut Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 The heart is clearly ruling the head here, because i got: 16. Sunderland 34pts -26 17. LEICESTER 33 pts -18 --------------------------------------- 18. Hull 32pts -19 19. Burnley 31pts -31 20. QPR 28pts -34
Gio Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 Hull only have 1 favourable fixture left at home to burnley and I even think that will be tough for them. In the rest of the games they are definitely not favourers to win or even get a point to be honest. They have top teams at home (except for burnley) and mid to top teams away (all with good home records). However, I'd be surprised if they didn't pick up a couple of draws and maybe even a lucky win against one of them. Couldn't say who though.
Gerard Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 Won West Ham (H) Burnley (A) Newcastle (H) QPR (H) Drew Swansea (H) Sunderland (A) Lost West Brom (A) Chelsea (H) Southampton (H) Aston Villa 38 Leicester 33 Hull 32 --------------------------- Sunderland 31 Burnley 30 QPR 26
dannythefox Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 All this thread does it get my hopes up when ive just about accepted we'll be playing in the championship next season!
LCCFox96 Posted 24 March 2015 Posted 24 March 2015 Us getting to 32-33 points is not totally deluded if we can pick up points against our relegation rivals. I think people are being very optimistic when predicting the results of other teams though. In reality we have too much ground to make up now and need nothing short of a miracle to keep us up. More performances like that at Spurs will help our case though.
