EdinburghFox Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 So Hull are only going to pick up another 4 points and we're going to pick up 14 points from our remaining games. Ok Well we've already got 12 with another 5 games to go!! I can't believe we've turned it around like this haha
EdinburghFox Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Mine predicted us to finish 14th and only a point off 13th!! And I wasn't being too generous at that!
lcfcfoz Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Cant believe people think we will actually win games at home to West Ham and away to BurnleyAha
Marmite Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 There will many twist and turns yet. Who would of thought Hull would pick up 3 points at Palace?
bovril Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 There will many twist and turns yet. Who would of thought Hull would pick up 3 points at Palace? Palace are crap honestly, their season is over and the new manager effect has worn off.
bovril Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I'm getting slightly obsessed with this predictor thing.
Guest Bilo Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Palace are crap honestly, their season is over and the new manager effect has worn off. A decent outside bet for relegation next season?

Guest Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 There will many twist and turns yet. Who would of thought Hull would pick up 3 points at Palace? That's what I've been saying for weeks especially to Gerard. Other teams are going to pick up points which is why not settling for a point againts Burnley and Swansea and West Ham has been crucial. We still have to win at least 2 even after 4 on the bounce.
Guest Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I just let the Fishy predictor decide all the scores to the end of the season. We finished 12th ahead of Palace
bovril Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I actually think Sunderland are slight favourites to finish above us, looking at that predictor again. They play us at their ground, they have experience in this situation, an experienced manager, and honestly we looked poor yesterday.
Nalis Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I'm getting slightly obsessed with this predictor thing. Same here unfortunately. Latest one I done this morning factoring in funny season and a Sunderland win against us and still have us to stay up.
les-tah Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I actually think Sunderland are slight favourites to finish above us, looking at that predictor again. They play us at their ground, they have experience in this situation, an experienced manager, and honestly we looked poor yesterday. I dint watch it yesterday but it's not coincidence how the side was changed and we suddenly turned poor again! Granted changes were forced by injures, I assume we will be holding on for dear life against Chelsea Wednesday but hopefully Newcastle we have a similar team and style to them first 3 of the 4 wins we have just had!
psychonaut Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Doing the predictor a few times with a few different outcomes i think 36 points would secure safety - worse case on goal difference. Goal difference being like an extra point against sunderland and villa. But this doesnt take into account any shock results - like sunderland beating chelsea.
Guest Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I got Burnley, QPR, Sunderland as the bottom three. me too.
davieG Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Another predictor from Sky. You just have to say who wins or if it's a draw. http://www.skybet.com/cms/relegation-battle.shtm
Hollism Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Another predictor from Sky. You just have to say who wins or if it's a draw. http://www.skybet.com/cms/relegation-battle.shtm Only shows the bottom 3 though
davieG Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Only shows the bottom 3 though The result you mean? Well if you're not in it who cares
Renart Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Hmmm. I have been playing around with the predictor thing and I really think that it is going to be so close down there! We have momentum at the moment but there will be surprises left to come (last night being one of them). I think that Newcastle will have been given a wake up call and will be returning from the beach! This is not the easy game that many predict. Nor will the Sunderland game be easy! Why would it be when they see it as so important! I am still confident but results like last night suggest a few more twists and turns. I still think that we will still be looking for points on the final day; I hope that I am wrong!
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Just did, being (what I thought was) realistic 1 Chelsea 38 52 90 2 Arsenal 38 39 80 3 Man City 38 38 76 4 Man Utd 38 27 70 5 Southampton 38 25 67 6 Tottenham 38 7 64 7 Liverpool 38 2 59 8 Everton 38 4 54 9 Stoke 38 -3 51 10 Swansea 38 -6 51 11 C Palace 38 -5 49 12 West Ham 38 -4 45 13 Aston Villa 38 -19 39 14 West Brom 38 -21 38 15 Newcastle 38 -22 38 16 Leicester 38 -16 37 17 Hull 38 -16 36 18 Burnley 38 -26 33 19 QPR 38 -23 32 20 Sunderland 38 -33 32 Would love that.
talking_goldfish Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 I've created a spreadsheet with current league along with a function to predict the results for the rest of the season (I'm just that sad). I was purposefully pessimistic in my predictions (I have Sunderland beating us). This is how I see it going into the final game: I really hope it's not that tight!
Torten Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 I got us surviving on goal difference on the final day.
gerrytaggart Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Doesnt look good for Villa!! 18 QPR 34pts 19 Aston Villa 33pts 20 Burnley 28pts
